EDIT: The shady manager/owner of this location cancelled my refund and I’ve had to reach out to Qdoba support who are just as terrible. Save your time and go to Moe’s or Chipotle.I used to love Qdoba. However, my most recent experience was terrible. I went in and ordered brisket. It has been about a year since I’ve eaten at Qdoba, because I don’t live close to one. The brisket looked different, but I continued with my order. After I got my order I began to eat it and noticed one of the peppers still had the sticker on it. They obviously didn’t wash it, otherwise the sticker wouldn’t be there. The brisket was also spicy. I’ve been getting brisket since 2014 and it was never spicy, I guess they changed the recipe. Not sure why they would change something that had been the same for so long, but I digress. After I saw the label though, I took my food back inside and told one of the workers. She didn’t say anything, she just looked at it and took the bowl back to the back. A few moments later the owner or district manager( I’m not sure what his role is, but I’ve seen him at this location and the blue ash location multiple times) came out from the back, walked up to the register and started punching buttons aggressively. He then handed me my refund receipt and I left. Neither the worker or the owner/manager apologized or said anything to me for that matter. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I would never treat someone like that. It was clearly an issue on their end and they made me feel like I was the problem. I will never step foot in one of that man’s establishments again. Just a bit of advice to the owner/manager, maybe you should try to find another line of work, because this is not how you handle situations with your customers.

Love this place! Food is always delicious. Serving sizes are amazing. The staff is so welcoming and friendly as well! My partner and I always talk about how energized we feel after eating here! Recommend a steak bowl with salsa verde!!!

Food was good (as expected from Qdoba which is our favorite Mexican quick service restaurant). Was surprised that sauces were limited (have been to many Qdoba restaurants across the country, and this was a first) - I ordered a bowl without any meat, but the lady at the counter shrugged her shoulders when I asked for one more serving of the fajita veggies. Of course I paid full price for my no-meat bowl - unfortunate that there is so much variance in the service and experience by location.

The Manager lady who refused to give me extra hot sauce packets because they are "Expensive" had to throw away $11 worth of burrito because they accidentally added sour cream which was not ordered.Good job saving 50 cents on the hot sauce packets !
First visit. Able to eat low carb and not spicy. Tasted great .

I will not be back to this qdoba again. They are VERY stingy with ingredients and want to charge extra when you ask for more. I’m talking about charging extra for rice. And they had the nerve to act agitated when I asked for more .It’s ridiculous. They went up on their prices and want to give people less in their entrees. Again, I will not be back to this location.
The food was good. but Once I found out they use highly refined soybean oil for there white rice, and other foods I will never return. 0 stars if I could for using such a terrible cooking oil. And also cooking spray that is also terrible garbage for the body.

The service, and food were great!The atmosphere was nice, I was greeted with kindness, and my cheese crusted quesadilla was fantastic.This was my first time trying Qdoba, and it definitely won't be my last, as I was very satisfied with my order!

We drive over an hour to go here. There aren't any Qdobas close to us. We prefer Qdoba over Chipotles. The food is well prepared, hot and delicious. Good portion sizes. They are very pleasant and friendly, and are always very kind to us. I highly recommend them.
