Great diner style food with good service. Restaurant could do with a little update. They do have veggie burger and grilled cheese for vegetarians and a couple said choices. Every day there is a special which is a good meal.

Our experience was alright.
The food was average. Rather cheap prices however.
The service wasn’t bad nor amazing.
The ambiance could use some work but it works for a small town cafe I suppose.
I doubt I’ll ever return.

Just an all around great quaint place with a spectacular lunch deal Monday thru Friday.
Lovely local restaurant
First time here. It was a bit of a letdown. Prices should reflect a lack of true dinnerware. Being served on throwaway plates or baskets felt a bit too informal. I do not know if that was just because we sat outside, or not. Unfortunately, no one in our party of six ordered a burger. I'd like to go back and try one in the future. The food we did get was not anything too stellar. 3 ordered reuben sandwiches - 2 turkey and one regular. The regular one had a sauce the recipient did not care for. The other two said it was good, but they didn't finish their sandwiches. They also had bean soup. Which looked good, but they said it really lacked any seasoning.
The chicken salad looked very good, so I took a sandwich of it home. It was good, but the bread was not really thick enough to support the salad.
Beer did not come out ahead of food, which seemed odd.
What I disliked most was the noise of the people whose children were allowed to run about through the patio eating area. They shouted back and forth and were pretty rude. I guess they must eat there often and are comfortable with letting their kids run about. Just found it to be more than I wanted to experience, so if we go back, we will sit inside.
Great food good prices
Hot Corned Beef Sandwich, need I say more?!?... delicious and almost too much to eat, the perfect place for lunch.

Great daily specials. Super large and great tasting Cheeseburger with shoestring fries and drink choice. Soups are great and they have a fantastic mock turtle soup.
Great carryout service. Orders are always correct and on time.
Vegetarian options: Great veggie burger. Kids loved it.
Parking: Lot parking not enough spots during peak hours. Street parking available.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to eat at tables.
Wheelchair accessibility: 2 handicapped spots plenty of room inside. Bathrooms could be a challenge.

My group had such a great experience with the server Caroline. We loved every chance we had to chat with her for a bit. The food was average. The side salad was the best part but it's just iceberg lettuce. The ranch dressing they use made it. The fish sandwich I received was overcooked. I didn't eat it. I'm sure I could have gotten a replacement if I asked but I suspected it wouldn't be all that great anyway so I just had the fries and salad. My son liked the chicken tenders.
