Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food is great, staff is friendly, but getting a table and getting your food always takes forever. The place isn't even 50% full and it took 45 minutes to get a table (arrived at 1:10pm on a Sunday). They need to speed things up.

We usually go here and things are fine. But I have no idea why management thought observers for a Sunday lunch shift was sufficient. Got sat in the manager got our drinks. Proceeded to wait 20 minutes before a server acknowledged us and asked if we had been helped. We said no and he said he would be back to get our order. Then proceeded to go take the order of a large group who was sat after us. Needless to say, we left.

I want to give this a 5 star review. My wife's meal was perfect. Mine, not so much.
We were served quickly and efficiently. But, was not asked if we wanted any additional Bottomless items. And, even though my burnt bun was noticed, no one asked if I was pleased, or if I wanted it to be re-made.

3 times in a row we've had a bad experience. Won't be back again. Had to chase people down to get silverware, drinks, and fries. Burgers were good. Kids chicken was way overcooked and dry. Brussel sprouts were sitting in a quarter inch of oil. Not sure how they are still in business. Place was dead at 6:30.

They have a great selection of burgers or chicken and I love the bottomless broccoli it's good.

Used to be a good place to grab a quick lunch, not sure what’s happened today. Sat down at 11, food arrived from the kitchen an hour later.

Only 3 parties of 4 or less in here.

There was a hair in my chicken wrap, the manger came over and said nothing just looked at me. I then stated what was wrong and she just apologized. Food took forever to come with an empty dinning room. Server never came to check on us.

Went to dinner tonight for valentines day with hubby. Greeted by such a friendly host ..then our server Hannah was absolutely awesome so personable...definitely will go back again..great!

Very good staff. Food was delicious. Had the salmon and it was marinated and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the garlic fries. TVs are everywhere if you want to catch a game with your meal.

Parking: Parking is a bit odd, as it is all behind the building and main entrance.

Attractive setting. Friendly service. Quiet enough to hear your conversations. A little pricey. Daily specials. Generous portions. Veggie burgers. Yay! Endless fries. Clean restrooms. 😊

Haven’t ate at a Red Robin in quite a few years so decided to check it out again last night. I found that the burgers were definitely much smaller than they used to be and felt like I was mostly eating bun instead of meat. The prices are absolutely ridiculous for what you get. I’ve had a better burger at Burger King for half the price. The service was mediocre and we didn’t get salads, or sweet potato fries that we ordered which was still on the bill. I also want to say that I got a little peek of the kitchen area and I would expect it to be a little more cleaner, and also the restrooms. Hate to say it but I’m not going back. So many better burger joints out there. Do yourself a favor and choose one of those.

Slow. Like continental drift slow. They werent busy. We waited 10 minutes at the front desk before anyone knew we were there. Were seated by someone managing the take out orders and waited another 10 minutes before anyone took our drink order. Ordered food and drinks all at the same time, got the drinks and then waited another 20 minutes for the food which was missing a side salad, which eventually came out without a fork and on a plate that may have been rinsed but probably hadn't been washed. Burgers were ok, chips were soggy and the Mac and cheese was no better than easy mac. I assume it was the manager that came over shortly after, although she didn't introduce herself as a manager or wear a name tag or anything saying so, but she offered to take the salad off the bill. So that was a nice gesture, but still ended up paying 52 bucks before tip for two burgers with sides, a sprite and a seasonal mixed drink. And spent an hour and twenty minutes there after choosing this place over way better restaurants within walking distance solely on the assumption it'd be quicker than the other options. We'll pass by next time

Had to send my burger back bottom bun was black the onion rings looked and tasted like cooked in old grease ,not very busy for a Friday at 230p
But they still were short staffed I think I saw 2 poor wait staff working saw one table that git seated leave because they never got waited on I think the waitress didn't know that they were seated there poor communication! Coleslaw warm and sour my new burger was good and steak fries were excellent! Very wheelchair accessible place kuddos red Robin kiddos! Our waitress was very sweet but way over worked on tables. Not sure if we will be back it lacked the luster red Robin had . Just being honest I know since covid it's been tough.

got my order wrong, brings out my order wrong again. At this point my friends eaten his food, it's been 40 minutes. I told them to take the food back and the manager or supervisor wearing a green striped shirt snaps. caused a scene at a simple request. bald, tattoos on his arms, large.
