Katie was our server when we went in tonight, her service was incredible. Probably the best service I've had in a long while. The food was very good as well. I would definitely recommend coming here for not only the food but the wonderful service as well. Truly made our night!

Jacob was a great server! We had a great experience but I ate the most horrible, yet delicious menu item. Backyard BBQ Nachos!!! Disgustingly delicious!!! (I'm a healthy eater majority of the time) Sorry I didn't take any photos.

We visited this restaurant after leaving kings island and were extremely pleased with the pleasant manager with a sense of humor to the attentive waitress who kept our glasses full and bottomless fries coming. The restaurant was clean and the eccentric decor was stimulating. We will visit this restaurant again.

Let me start by saying the restaurant wasn’t that busy tonight, but I only seen 2 servers. Jacob was our server and he was great! He was super busy with the tables he had and he was running all around. We literally did not see him stop, he was bussing tables, serving etc .
Our food was not made correctly, but no fault of his.
The cooks, yea yall need cameras back there cause they were terrible.
Overall, I would not return to this location, but I will return to Red Robin’s

If you have all the time go here. Server don't come take your order for almost 30 minutes. Very bad customer service. Not a welcoming place anymore.

Largely empty at 6 pm on a Tuesday evening. Flat beer, sent 2 glasses back and got bottles. Food was ok, but came out luke warm. Light on wait staff. Inexperienced wait staff. Looks like another long time chain going down the drain.

Decided on red Robin for dinner. I got my usual which is a turkey burger add avocado. The portion of the avocado for $2.25 was really disrespectful. We also paid for the avocado and two burger burgers. I only got it on one. Sadly, this is a very unpleasant experience.

The waitress was completely unprofessional. She was rushing us to order, she tried sitting us at a dirty table, she sat us at the tables that faced the kitchen. The food service and the hospitality pretty much was not there. Honestly better people need to work at this restraint very unprofessional.

We have been LONG time patrons of RR and have experienced different levels of service and quality over the years. Today, under leadership of Jeremy and his team, and exceptional service provided by Gabe we enjoyed the very best experience at Red Robin ever! We will definitely be repeating customers with confidence! If you have not given them a visit recently, I would recommend!

My wife and my 15 month old son came here for dinner on the 4th of July and we had a decent experience. Our server was absolutely great, she let us know that this was her first full day on her own waiting on tables but we had no issue with her, she was amazing. The issue was the food. My wife ordered the royal Red Robin burger, well done, extra crisp bacon and a well done egg. When our food came out, the wife’s burger had a runny egg and very lose bacon. She returned it and got a new burger 5 minutes later. With this 2nd burger, the egg was well done (asked for no bacon on this) but the burger was definitely a medium well done burger.
So we asked the waitress (cuz we knew this wasn’t her fault at all) to remove this burger off from our bill and she said no problem and was very apologetic. However, we had another lady come up to us (I think she’s the head cook or manager) and pretty much called us out and said that “next time this happens, please let us know immediately so we can let our cooks know how to properly cook the burgers”. - issue we have with this is that this was the 2nd burger that was messed up, like we are not going to go back and forth until you make a burger that’s correct to our request. Just made us feel that we were in the wrong. If the burger was incorrect the first time, the 2nd time should correct. And top of that, this lady never apologized. Just very rude and egotistical. Never coming back to this location again.
