got my order wrong, brings out my order wrong again. At this point my friends eaten his food, it's been 40 minutes. I told them to take the food back and the manager or supervisor wearing a green striped shirt snaps. caused a scene at a simple request. bald, tattoos on his arms, large.

The ranch dressing is THE BEST. I'd go there just for that. I've also eaten burgers, fries, salad and shrimp there, and it's great. But dang, that ranch....

Was sat down waiting for 15 minutes nothing, manager came by said he’d have someone come, 15 more minutes later still nothing and the manager refused to acknowledge us. just left and got food elsewhere. Probably worth it to drive to the west chester one just to avoid this one

New management - Do yourself a solid and give it a try!! Stopped in for lunch over the weekend and it was so good we decided on round two tonight for dinner. Ordered the exact same as we had on Saturday - monster burger, reds tavern burger, steak fries, waters.
The food was consistently high quality both meals. Juicy well cooked burgers, modifications were correct (no sauce, onions, etc) and the fries were delish. The service was friendly and accurate, Saturday was a little slow on the drink refills.
Tonight the new GM stopped by our table to chat about our experience. It says a lot to have the manager take time out to get feedback and discuss it.
We will definitely be back!

We went to the restaurant today 75 percent of the tables had trash on them from previous customers took 10 nins to be seated nobody up front to greet guests. No silverware brought to the table asked for napkins never got any. Very poor service. Staff didn't seem to want to do their job. Wont be visiting again.

The food was very good and the service was the best service! We got our food hot and fresh and everyone was very nice. I’d highly recommended coming here for a good burger!

We stopped in for lunch and the food and service did not disappoint. Our 9 month old thought it was the best day ever because she got to try French fries and got a balloon too.

Kid-friendliness: Great for kids! What kid doesn’t love bottomless French fries? We also got a balloon at the end of our meal.

The Mac n cheese my daughter had ordered had started going bad off taste and smell the waitress was great offered to get her something else but manager never did come to table no apologies expect for waitress

Stopped in yesterday with my family 4 adults. 2 children sat at half a booth had a great experience. Server was fantastic. The food was amazing. We had left another establishment in your area the RBucket because they were very rude to us . so we decided to come to your establishment and had a great a great time, thank you we will be back

Love that their gluten free bun does not crumble and fall apart and the burger was not greasy. Great service. The restaurant itself needs updating.

We had a group of 7. But in that, we had 2 5 year olds in wheelchairs that would need help and a 13 month old. They were very helpful in finding us a table that would work for us. We did go in during a slow time, which I know helped. They asked us to look where they wanted to put us before they set everything up. Our server was wonderful and so helpful. The only problem we had was getting things from the kitchen. Our appetizers came out after our food, and getting the refills on fries and other sides took far longer than getting our food originally.

Jilly the server working was very rude, unkind and embarrassed us while eating. This type of customer service needs to be addressed when working in food service. Hope she is trained and learns to control her attitude.

My first burger I couldn’t the bottom bun with a steak knife. So it was a sloppy mess. The second burger came out and the burger was burnt. Then got charged for the second burger. Just a horrible bun probably for any burger but especially the Scorpion burger. Won’t be back.
