We heard all the hype about Cincinnati chili so we decided to try skyline since there are stores all over the city. Overall, we were disappointed. The establishment was clean and fast and service was good, but the food was just fair. Maybe it’s an acquired taste. Glad I tried it but will not be back again.

When the adult kids come back home to Cincinnati with their families... it's Skyline Time! The food was good and everyone enjoyed our time together❣️
The coney dogs were exceptionally small, literally like a ≤1.5oz hot dog, about as long as the palm of your hand and the thickness of a slim jim. And the buns were completely soaked through and just inedible slimy mush. In short, it was the worst chili cheese dog I've ever had, and that's including places like Rally's/Checker's, Sheetz, Sonic, and Circle K. Truly abysmal. I ended up just throwing away the buns and eating the contents with my hands and a spoon, But since they were so small, out of three hot dogs it was only about six bites in total. If I could have afforded to waste the money I would have just thrown it away entirely and bought something different at a different restaurant.
The chili is nice, so I'm sure it's good in a normal bowl with the normal accompaniments, but you can definitely pass on the dogs.
