Rude, horrible 11/16/2023 2 women acknowledged me, told me to "hang on" and then totally ignored me- more concerned about cleaning. I ended up walking away and buying coffee and cream inside Kroger. As someone who worked in the service industry previously I understand there is other side work to do. Rule #1 is if you have a customer however, you need to stop the side work. They would have made me wait however long they wanted it seemed. They also seemed annoyed even at each other. I always tip at the kings mills starbucks, they are quick and so friendly. I stood there- the only person in line waiting for 5 min or more while they kept working on cleaning pots or whatever. So rude glad you did not get my money today! You ladies were terrible.Also the 5 star review below (Kara) - this is for the Starbucks down the street - not the one in Kroger! This one does not have a drive- through.
