I'm very disappointed. Looks the employees are careless and will take care of the order only when you tip. My order was on 29th December and I ordered the blonde roast with Sugar free vanilla syrup and they have me peppermint instead. Even when we went to pick up the drinks, they forgot our cake pop. So disappointing as I couldn't even get my drink replaced since I was driving and didn't get to check my coffee until later. So disappointing

Yikes!!! Where's the coffee?? Venti Iced Americano with Non Dairy Sweet Cream!! This taste like a cup of cream!! I will keep and use it as my coffee creamer for a couple of days

They have the most comfortable seating of any locations in the area (my biggest complaint with Starbucks is the uncomfortable chairs) but the last two times I went here, the WiFi wasn’t working. My whole purpose of going is to work there, so I’ve now wasted 2 hours and about 20 bucks for nothing.

The coffee was very good, as was the blueberry muffin, the WiFi and the computer power😎. It was a gorgeous day and I wanted to sit outside, as there was plenty of seating, but the stench was horrific. Please move the garbage elsewhere, Starbucks. Inside the place had crumbs and flies everywhere.

The service I get at the Mason Montgomery location is always great! Every time I go in, the baristas are personable and friendly. Despite the high volume this store does, whenever I go in it feels as the baristas make time to connect with the customers.

The atmosphere is typical for any Starbucks however the same drink as ordered at any other location is overwhelmingly disappointing every time I order it. When I ask for extra ingredients in my drink I expect it to be noticeable compared to the standard recipe as is the case at every other location. It seems like the costly ingredients are intentionally skimped on to save costs. Additionally the frappes are noticeably devoid of any ice crystals and instead consist of a very liquid-like milk consistency. I have had my drink remade on several occasions and this last order may very well be my last at this location for the foreseeable future with more reliable and consistently satisfactory options available nearby.

So I have gotten two drinks from there so far , made by James G. And I must say that he had made them BOTH to perfection ! I will be returning and I want him to make my next drinks so please keep him 😂🥰
