This is fastest location in this area, everyone is so fast to provide the drinks.

Poor experience, unkind and unhelpful staff, drinks were made poorly in comparison to other Starbucks stores.
“Owner” response is robotic and can be observed for other complaints.

They have the most comfortable seating of any locations in the area (my biggest complaint with Starbucks is the uncomfortable chairs) but the last two times I went here, the WiFi wasn’t working. My whole purpose of going is to work there, so I’ve now wasted 2 hours and about 20 bucks for nothing.
The coffee was very good, as was the blueberry muffin, the WiFi and the computer power😎. It was a gorgeous day and I wanted to sit outside, as there was plenty of seating, but the stench was horrific. Please move the garbage elsewhere, Starbucks. Inside the place had crumbs and flies everywhere.
Restaurant was extremely busy. Very slow, Waited for a cup of coffee for over 10 minutes.

The service I get at the Mason Montgomery location is always great! Every time I go in, the baristas are personable and friendly. Despite the high volume this store does, whenever I go in it feels as the baristas make time to connect with the customers.

The atmosphere is typical for any Starbucks however the same drink as ordered at any other location is overwhelmingly disappointing every time I order it. When I ask for extra ingredients in my drink I expect it to be noticeable compared to the standard recipe as is the case at every other location. It seems like the costly ingredients are intentionally skimped on to save costs. Additionally the frappes are noticeably devoid of any ice crystals and instead consist of a very liquid-like milk consistency. I have had my drink remade on several occasions and this last order may very well be my last at this location for the foreseeable future with more reliable and consistently satisfactory options available nearby.

So I have gotten two drinks from there so far , made by James G. And I must say that he had made them BOTH to perfection ! I will be returning and I want him to make my next drinks so please keep him 😂🥰

today i came into this location at around 5:20 and went through the drive thru and ordered a grande pink with extra coconut milk and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. as someone who has been to numerous locations around the US, whether it’s in store or mobile everytime my drink is right they use the “ex 3/4 co milk” button like clockwork. when my mother ordered for me, a barista said “i’ll use light strawberry base instead” which in the past has caused my fin to be incorrect. my mother politely (might i add) says “there’s usually a 3/4 coconut milk button they use” to which the barista disrespectfully replies “no, i know what I’m doing since im the one making the drink here”, shocking to me to my core. if my mother isn’t disrespectful, don’t be disrespectful to my mother for no reason. i told my mom to pull off and i go in and ask for the manager and the barista who i can describe as a short female with glasses, says she’s the supervisor and me already knowing it was her, i’m still at a shock for words. she then replies “we’re understaffed so i really would like to keep it moving.” once again being disrespectful. she says the drink was already handed out after i tried to order it but because i told my mom to pull off, not only was it never made but it was never handed to anyone. so she lied straight to my face causing my mom to come in and explain how my drink doesn’t take much at all, but she wanted to debate with my mother. after 2 minutes she finally made it and it was right. which proves all she had to do was LISTEN to the customer. i used to love this location, but i don’t think ill be back. i know it’s stressful for baristas, but this one just had a downright nasty attitude and it made me hate this location entirely.
