The employees here are very nice and professional, and the drive thru line moves quickly. The customer service experience is stellar, and I genuinely enjoy interacting with the employees.

That being said, my drink order is consistently incorrect. I don’t have a special or customized order as I order directly from the menu. I visit this location 7 days a week, spending at least $6 per day when ordering for myself, and often $15+ when ordering for two.

Out of 7 days, my drink tastes as it should fewer than 2 times per week. Other times, it is very bitter, or the cup is filled to the brim with ice and still tastes bitter.

Please understand that, as a reasonable customer, I am fully aware that my drink will not be perfect every time. However, I do have expectations of reasonable consistency, especially for a standard menu item.

When my drink is incorrect more than 71.4% of the time, it becomes difficult to justify continuing a daily habit that costs over $3,000 per year at Starbucks. Unfortunately, at that level of inconsistency, it is not worth it.

I’d genuinely like to continue supporting this location. It fits into my routine, I enjoy the drive, and I’m willing to pay for the convenience, but consistency has to improve for it to be worth the money.

For reference, this review is based on orders placed between October 5, 2025 and January 30, 2026.

If Google allowed a true fractional score out of five, this store would rate approximately 2.85 stars, reflecting the 28.57% of the time my drink is prepared correctly, which is why this is a 3-star review.

If this store is looking to improve: the drink ordered is a grande iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The drink quality declines further when ordering larger sizes.

I apologize for the length of this review. I first noticed this issue in September 2025, and decided to track it over time so I could provide an accurate, data based review of both this location and my spending.

Too many incorrect orders, like constantly leaving egg on a sandwich which is requested to leave off. Feels cold inside, dirty tables. Staff are marginally helpful. Just overpriced for bad tasting, burnt coffee.

The parking is a bit tricky since it’s a one-way loop around, but there’s plenty of room to sit around and have drinks with friends and family, or for a short meeting. The place is very clean and organized.

For the love of God, stop removing the whipped cream unless I tell you to there’s an option on the app that says no whip and it will tell you no whip don’t remove It for no reason

It is a nice store. The employees were friendly and I was greeted upon arrival. My first visit was better but my last visit took about half an hour to get my one drink.

Ordered through the drive-thru today 9/20/25 at around 8:30ish. Through the drive thru window my husband witnessed the lid of the milk falling into my tall pike place. Barista proceeded to stick her fingers in to take the lid out then put the lid on it. Person attending the window saw it happened and proceeded to hand it to us. At which time I obviously asked for another one.

It is unsafe and not hygienic to stick your fingers in a drink and then serve to customer.

I placed an online order and the app said it should be ready around 3:58. I got there at 3:57 and she told me I didn’t give her enough time and next time I place an order I need to give her around 10 minutes. So I pulled around to pick up my order, which was ready, and I told her how the app said 3:58 and she just kind of blew me off and was just like oh yeah yeah OK and walked away. Very rude.
