This is not the closest Starbucks location for us, but it's worth a little drive. We always receive fantastic service & this location still offers comfortable indoor seating

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. I received my food, but was told by the drive-thru employee to pull around to the front of the building and she would bring my drink out. I even asked if I should park in a spot, and she clearly told me, “No, just pull around front.”
I waited 25 minutes in front of the building with no one coming out. Eventually, a different employee came outside and with a snippy rude tone asked me to move my car and park. I explained I was waiting for a drink that the drive-thru worker said she’d bring out, and then went inside to ask for a refund since I had been waiting so long, for a drink I never received.
Instead of owning the mistake, the employee who originally told me to wait out front denied ever saying that, and I received zero apology. The staff was whispering about me and implying I was in the wrong, even though I was clearly following instructions I had been given.
The store was not busy at all, so there’s no excuse for this kind of disorganized service and unprofessional behavior. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. This experience completely ruined my visit and my trust in this location.

I go through the drive through here all the time, but upon going into the actual building for the first time, I found that there was no bathroom. I went in after utilizing the drive through specifically to use the restroom, only to find that there wasn’t one. I’m so confused. There’s one door behind the counter that goes to the kitchen, but beyond that, there’s no restroom for the public.
The employees are very friendly; I mistakenly placed my order at the wrong location, but they managed to fulfill my order here. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks.

Was visiting kings island & came to this Starbucks because it was across from our hotel. I made a mobile order & from where it’s so close, we got there 2-3 minuets after the mobile order was made. At the window the girl said “just a heads up you should wait at least 10-15 minuets after placing your mobile order to come through so we can get the order ready”. As she was handing my boyfriend & I our order. When we told her it was really close, she says “just reassuring you so it can be easier on us”. The drive thru was empty & there was no cars behind us. I don’t think it should’ve mattered

If you walk in and expect service that’s timely just go through the drive through. I thought Starbucks was going to go back to caring about walk in customers but they clearly prioritize drive thru and app orders. The sad part was we had nobody in front of us when we ordered inside, yet were standing there for over 10 minutes waiting on a normal coffee and two drinks while they pushed drive thru order after drive thru order and app order after app order that nobody was even there to retrieve. The counter was full of app orders and we were put behind everyone. Won’t be back, this was my third attempt since the ceo said they were going to go back to caring about the walk in folks, not even close. Here’s a clue, when someone comes in and makes a point to be friendly and a good human, leaves a nice tip as a gesture and then you just ignore them it’s not good for business. Change your process there’s no reason why a car that pulled in after us got served before we did. I’m not asking to be put in front of the line simply to be put in the correct place in line.

My daughter and I stopped in for a coffee. I'm disappointed in the extremely limited menu and how expensive it is. I have a gift card that I'll use up but probably won't be buying from there very often. There are a couple mom and pop places my daughter and I like. The coffee is just as good if not better and less expensive!!

Asked for a white mocha with no whip. It melted by the time I took the pic, but they put in 3 in of whip cream, leaving me with a drink that’s half empty before I even took a sip. Why am I paying $6 for a half empty drink

Went in to get coffee and 2 lbs of coffee ground. I was told by cashier I would have to wait for everyone in line to get my ground coffee. Essentially, getting kicked back to the end of the line of eight people. When I spoke to the manager, she agreed unbelievable! Starbucks is too big for britches and they don’t care about customer service!

Got it WRONG and then told me to do it correct next time but there are the one that got it wrong I got a dragon fruit refresher WITH LEMONADE but then they got it with coconut milk after I confronted them that I didnt order this because im allergic bit then they maid me a new one but they forgot to get the wrong drink out of my hands I told them, but they just glared when I left they watched me like a hawk, My friend saw her looking at me like I robbed the place, They got my hole order wrong first with the refresher but then with my other drink by putting to much of chocolate, So we had to throw the drink away because It tasted Disgusting,!!

When did customer service become this horrific? Isn’t it just basic common sense and decency to use manners like hello, please, thank you, have a good night? My experience: what can I get for ya. Before I’m done speaking I’m interrupted by “what else?” repeatedly. Fine. Not that big of a deal, never being told, “thank you.”
We drove off and the order is wrong which we’ll deal with but we’re missing food items. We have to go back to deal with the same girl who continues to be rude and never once apologizes for screwing up or for inconveniencing us.
Train your employees to be decent to your customers, Starbucks.

I'm writing this review after multiple experiences at this location. This store consistently is slower than other locations, the employees are less friendly (and one in particular is downright rude), drinks are made wrong more often than done correctly, and when asked to remake it because they ignored customizations, the employees get offended instead of apologetic and one time even tried to charge me to remake it. I've reported this store to customer service but nothing has changed. It's gotten to the point that I'd rather drive to another location for a better experience even though this one is less than a mile from my house. I've never had such consistent poor experience from any other Starbucks, it makes me believe that it's an acceptable culture by the leadership of this location and it needs to change.
