My daughter and I stopped in for a coffee. I'm disappointed in the extremely limited menu and how expensive it is. I have a gift card that I'll use up but probably won't be buying from there very often. There are a couple mom and pop places my daughter and I like. The coffee is just as good if not better and less expensive!!

Asked for a white mocha with no whip. It melted by the time I took the pic, but they put in 3 in of whip cream, leaving me with a drink that’s half empty before I even took a sip. Why am I paying $6 for a half empty drink
Went in to get coffee and 2 lbs of coffee ground. I was told by cashier I would have to wait for everyone in line to get my ground coffee. Essentially, getting kicked back to the end of the line of eight people. When I spoke to the manager, she agreed unbelievable! Starbucks is too big for britches and they don’t care about customer service!

Got it WRONG and then told me to do it correct next time but there are the one that got it wrong I got a dragon fruit refresher WITH LEMONADE but then they got it with coconut milk after I confronted them that I didnt order this because im allergic bit then they maid me a new one but they forgot to get the wrong drink out of my hands I told them, but they just glared when I left they watched me like a hawk, My friend saw her looking at me like I robbed the place, They got my hole order wrong first with the refresher but then with my other drink by putting to much of chocolate, So we had to throw the drink away because It tasted Disgusting,!!

When did customer service become this horrific? Isn’t it just basic common sense and decency to use manners like hello, please, thank you, have a good night? My experience: what can I get for ya. Before I’m done speaking I’m interrupted by “what else?” repeatedly. Fine. Not that big of a deal, never being told, “thank you.”
We drove off and the order is wrong which we’ll deal with but we’re missing food items. We have to go back to deal with the same girl who continues to be rude and never once apologizes for screwing up or for inconveniencing us.
Train your employees to be decent to your customers, Starbucks.

I'm writing this review after multiple experiences at this location. This store consistently is slower than other locations, the employees are less friendly (and one in particular is downright rude), drinks are made wrong more often than done correctly, and when asked to remake it because they ignored customizations, the employees get offended instead of apologetic and one time even tried to charge me to remake it. I've reported this store to customer service but nothing has changed. It's gotten to the point that I'd rather drive to another location for a better experience even though this one is less than a mile from my house. I've never had such consistent poor experience from any other Starbucks, it makes me believe that it's an acceptable culture by the leadership of this location and it needs to change.

This is my go-to place. The staff is always so polite and professional. I always look forward to my drink and the experience with the staff. Thank you all for your kindness. Kudos to your manager and your staff!!! ?

Same girl is so rude to me every morning. When she’s not working everyone is super nice. When she’s working it’s awful. She rolls her eyes, sighs, and make it very clear that I’m inconveniencing her. One time a placed an order for drive thru and no one answered the speaker after I sat there for about 3 minutes so I went inside and waited and they told me my drink would take longer since I placed it for drive thru and not walk in (which doesn’t make a huge difference) and when I said that I went through the drive thru and no one answered she said that they just opened and they need time before they start making drinks. I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes but if you say you’re open.. you should be open and serving drinks. Also they opened at 5:30 and I went in at 5:40. I’ve had issues with her at least 3 times.

I visit the Starbucks everyday on kingsmills in mason, the last few times I’ve been someone has made my drink wrong.Which normally isn’t a BiG deal but They are simply forgetting to add any flavoring each time they’ve made it wrong for me! To mess it up once I GeT it, Twice Okay maybe someone’s having a bad day but seriously the 4th time in two weeks my drinks wrong BUT what gets me upset is the fact, when you bring up the drink being not right… the woman ALL Four times tried to blame It on because I GoT espresso.. she goes “mam, espresso is Strong! Maybe you should get more Vanilla bean added which I asked for 2 extra as is! Lol I said girl there AINT one drop of vanilla bean in or lavender like I asked & there wasn’t! There wasn’t even the lil tiny black spots in it like it normally has from the vanilla bean & it was straight BROWN when it’s suppose to be white crème colored! Lolmessing something up is one thing but then to say it’s because of the drink I chose is WILD!That’s like asking A bartender for a rum n coke but only getting coke for $10 & being like ummm excuse me hun where’s my shot!? Oh hunny, don’t you know alcohol is bad for u & it tastes FuNnY! I don’t wanna make it your way! LmfaoI had to show this lady proof I come in every single day on break for work & she made my drink again with the rudest attitude! This morning I went into Starbucks & well my drink has NO VANILLA BEAN! Pretty sure she’s doing it on purpose now & I will be taking my business to a new Starbucks ?

There were 2 baristas working the window and the front register and one more making the orders. The service was great, they were kind, and the coffee was good. It was a respectable Starbucks experience.

5:32am I went to get the same coffee I drink every morning. Venti dark roast with two shots of espresso. 3/4" heavy cream.The person behind the counter in an AC DC shirt and no name tag. She had no interest in following the basic instructions I wanted for my beverage. Handed me a drink which did not even seem to have an espresso in it. Cream was the last remnants of liquid taken from a gallon container from a fridge. It had no lid.Drink takes like the Pike Place roast with no espresso.There was no point in arguing. Just spent $5.75 on what should be considered a gas station coffee.

Went through the drive-thru a few times as I was staying nearby. This is perhaps the slowest Starbucks drive-thru I've ever been to. I think I went through three times and each time seemed to be slower than the first. Also each time they were out of at least one of the items we asked
