I placed an online order and the app said it should be ready around 3:58. I got there at 3:57 and she told me I didn’t give her enough time and next time I place an order I need to give her around 10 minutes. So I pulled around to pick up my order, which was ready, and I told her how the app said 3:58 and she just kind of blew me off and was just like oh yeah yeah OK and walked away. Very rude.
This is not the closest Starbucks location for us, but it's worth a little drive. We always receive fantastic service & this location still offers comfortable indoor seating
Was visiting kings island & came to this Starbucks because it was across from our hotel. I made a mobile order & from where it’s so close, we got there 2-3 minuets after the mobile order was made. At the window the girl said “just a heads up you should wait at least 10-15 minuets after placing your mobile order to come through so we can get the order ready”.
