I ordered a 8ounce sirloin with shrimp. $22.99.
Server told me if she ordered it this way she could get me one piece of shrimp for a penny less.
I didn't notice until I paid the suggested order came to $24.97.
Not a penny less.
Manager who checked on us twice while eating had no time to talk to me after. Server told me a refund on my card would appear in 7-10 days. At that point I fealt like the only concern was to get us off the table so they could scam others. Almost like cattle being pushed through a feed lot. Done with them move em out so we can try to scam others by upselling again.

Goodbye Outback Steakhouse!!! We've been twice to Texas Roadhouse, and our steaks have always been cooked to perfection!!! I don't know what they do to their Ceasar salad, but it must have crack in it because my daughter and I are addicted. Literally the perfect meal and I still get my calorie deficit for the day! Highly recommend. Service is superb and good comes fast!
Kid-friendliness: Kids are encouraged to come!!!

I was in area for work and decided to go to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. I was seated at the high top table in the bar area and waited patiently for service. That wait lasted for 20 minutes before the bartender asked if I had been helped. I simply stated that no one had serviced me. He then walks around asking who had table 17, nobody replied. He then went to the back area asking again. Shortly a waitress peeked her head around the corner, saw me then turned back. I waited a few minutes more before deciding to just leave. As I was walking towards the exit door the waitress says “ that section is closed”. Im said “mam, I simply sat where I was told. The waitress then says “well someone was going to come out but if you don’t wanna stay then that’s fine too”. Completely shocked and disappointed at their poor service I simply said “Yes, I’ll leave, I didn’t know that I wouldn’t be served here”. As I looked around I noticed that I was the only African American in the restaurant and even though I hate to think that I was unwelcome in this establishment, I couldn’t help but feel offended and hurt!

My girlfriend and I went there for dinner, after being seated and ordering our drinks, mine lemonade hers a margarita the I’m assuming manager had come up to us and told us they would not be able to serve us alcohol because it was believed we had too much already. Furious I told the guy I don’t drink alcohol and he was mistaken, and she had not had an alcohol beverage prior too. This was for my birthday that we had even went out. The guy said he smelled alcohol which was being served all around us. This was enough for us to be embarrassed by what this guy had said so we got up and walked out. Terrible way to spend Birthday.

Tonight's service was amazing we had a bigger group including 2 kids. Our waiter kaleb was freaking awesome very kind and sweet even joked with the kids and was on top of everything drinks for a large group never ran dry food was out promptly 10/10 would return if he was the server again!
