We visited on my daughter's birthday. Both the hostess and server gave her unexpected surprises. She was so tickled. And we were touched by their kindness. The Philly and blueberry pancake were hits at our table. Syrup in a condiment bottle is genius btw. My sunny side up eggs were also cooked perfectly. Food came out very fast and service was prompt and friendly.

Menu Prices do not match the price on your bill. When I asked the waitress got snippy. Was looking for a local no chain restaurant to support. Unfortunately it will not be this one.

My family came to Mason for a trip to the Great Wolf Lodgd for spring break, and we were so excited to find an affordable breakfast place (GWL is crazy expensive on food). We found The Mason Grill online, and we decided to check it out. It’s in a very small but incredibly authentic part of town. Safe for kids, and overall just a great place.
Rick served my wife and I each time we came for breakfast, and our two kids. He was wonderful and gracious. The food was delicious too. Best home fries!! The best part? Completely affordable. We went 3 times. Not a single time was it more expensive than $40 for a family of 4. My family and I can usually never get out of a restaurant for under $65 before tip.
Wonderful place, wonderful service, and if we ever come back to Mason, we will eat here every morning.
