We love Old bag of Nails. The Fish and Chips are huge and delicious and I love the burgers.

I have been going to the Bag of Nails for years. I love their food – pretzel and beer cheese always a 10 out of 10 and the fish and chips platter is also really good. Where this issue lied today was our waitress Michele B, as listed on the receipt. When she approached our table about 15 minutes after being seated she seemed to be annoyed with us but we let it go. She asked us what we wanted to drink we gave her our drink order and said she would be back for our appetizer. She came back with our drinks and walked away not getting the order. We sat for about another 10-15 minutes before she came back and asked for the appetizer. At the point we asked if we just order it all. Once placed she walked away and did not come back. We watched her greet and be very consistent with other customers. Another waitress brought out our appetizer and Michele did not come back until she brought our food. I asked if I could have a side of blue cheese for my wrap she said yes and when she came back she slammed it on the table. That was the point I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome I ate half my food and left. She was rude and her customers service was terrible for people who didn’t do anything to her. I love the food here but this has completely turned me off to eat here again.

The fish and chips were excellent. The portion of fish is huge and crispy. The onion rings were fantastic as well. Bit of a wait to get our order in and a bit noisy but it was worth the wait.

Horrible service from server.It was noticeable that me and my mom needed napkins and my mom asked him once…didn’t bring them and then she asked again and he ignored her and kept walking. He was rude and not friendly what’s so ever. This was our first time here and the service was absolutely horrible. I didn’t catch his name, but he didn’t have hair, had tattoos, and had dark skin.

What a great place! The pub atmosphere is very cozy, with individual TV's at some of the booths, a wide selection brews on tap, and hard wood floors. The food is amazing and boasts a wide selection of pub favorites, including my favorite - fish and chips. I would certainly recommend it! The soups they offer include two great staples, the French Onion soup and New England clam chowder. My server at the bar, Krystal, made me feel welcome and certainly made our visit comfortable and enjoyable.

The food was very good and our waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

My family and i are visiting from out of state and i came across this restaurant on google and we were NOT disappointed! Well worth the money, definitely will be ordering again!

There was bad spinach and gnats in the spinach our chips were stale and our fish and chips were overcooked and gross and they didn’t give us the things they told us they would with the fish and chips and my sangria just tasted like straight wine nothing else

Went for a Dine-In meal only to take our food home. Spinach Dip with Stale Chips, Spinach Salad with rotting spinach leaves tucked inside with a protein add-on of fruit flies, and soggy yet somehow overcooked fish.

I hate leaving reviews but this genuinely disgusted me.

Fish and chips. Fish was crunchy, and steak fries were just ok. Cole slaw was refreshing. Portion of fish was huge!!! Yummy, we enjoyed greatly. I will return.
