Food was expensive, over all taste was fine. Blonde female worker dropped another person's sandwich and placed it back in the basket before he noticed, so that's a bit gross.
Ate here several times during my visits to Kings Island, and Tom & Chee is one of the best restaurants to eat at with or without the Dining Plan. Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was top-notch, especially on a hot Saturday in the middle of May! I saw them preparing ice-cold water cups and putting them on trays for everyone to grab.
Wish they could expand to more locations past the Cincinnati metro, but always looking forward to another...

Amazing food, with CUSTOMIZABLE FOOD. Like, for free. My friend got a Classic Chee with BBQ sauce and I have tried the Classic Chee, Heavenly Bacon BBQ Chee (without the bacon), Tom & Chee, Mac ‘n cheese, and fruit, and they were all top notch (maybe except the fruit, but I’m it’s hard to get me to like fruit {my standards are strict when it comes to fruits ?}) The service was great.My friend ordered a Classic Chee with BBQ sauce, but instead got a Heavenly BBQ, so they...
