This is my first time to try a smoothie in Tropical Smoothie Cafe and smoothie made perfectly and food also really fresh.Staff suggest me food was really good. Defiantly I will go back to this place and try something new flavors.

Their smoothies are All Ice. You just pay $10 for Ice. Don’t waste your money.

Really disappointing...smoothies were missing ingredients and really bland. Quesadillas weren't even cooked enough to melt the cheese and the wraps were tiny. Worst Tropical Smootie we've ever been to...

I was there today 8/12/2024 around noon and my experience in the past, been great but today I was beyond disgusted. The Indian man at the drive thru window picked his nose and wiped it on his pants( right in front of me). I just drove off and left my order. I had not paid yet and glad once I saw that, it was so disgusting. Mason Ohio location. Do better!

I ordered a Santa Fe chicken quesadilla…..yet they didn’t put chick in it. I had to turn around and ask for a new one, while being in a time crunch. Not happy about service.

Staff is quick and friendly. Usually get the smoothies and these are very consistent in taste. I have gone to other TSC but this one is the best at consistently keeping these the same.
