I was there today 8/12/2024 around noon and my experience in the past, been great but today I was beyond disgusted. The Indian man at the drive thru window picked his nose and wiped it on his pants( right in front of me). I just drove off and left my order. I had not paid yet and glad once I saw that, it was so disgusting. Mason Ohio location. Do better!

I ordered a Santa Fe chicken quesadilla…..yet they didn’t put chick in it. I had to turn around and ask for a new one, while being in a time crunch. Not happy about service.

Excellent food and service this morning. Lots of great healthy choices on the menu, comfortable clean atmosphere, will definitely return.

Staff is quick and friendly. Usually get the smoothies and these are very consistent in taste. I have gone to other TSC but this one is the best at consistently keeping these the same.

I frequent the one in Mason, Ohio and Franklin, Ohio. I spend a lot of money at these locations. The reps know me. The customer service is excellent and the smoothies are delicious. The very nice guy at the Mason location had me download the mobile app to get deals. That was the best thing ever. I have been getting great deals from the app! I have to get me and my husband a smoothie for every work day that we work. They give me energy and keep me feeling full.

Employees were only making one smoothie at a time to avoid using more then one blender I assume but made our wait much longer then need be. Otherwise good smoothie as

The atmosphere here was amazing. Good Music, Vibrant colors, Nice set up, etc. Our food and smoothies were great. The two girls working on 7/20 were so nice and had great customer service. The man that was working on the other hand did not. He was on the phone while taking my order. He barley paid attention to me and I had to repeat my order two to three time. While he was making our smoothies, he was handling his phone. This seems very unsanitary and quite upsetting to me. After making one smoothie (we had quite a few) he left the girls and went outside to sit on the phone. It made me and my family quite upset.
