For my taste the lamb and known meat dishes including the chicken were quite bland and dry. I ordered a chef's special which was a combination of meats so I was able to make an overall critique. The service and atmosphere are great, the food...not so much!
Excellent service, great table, generous servings. Food was very good. First time to eat at a Turkish restaurant. Comparing to other Mediterranean food regions, I'm not sure that I would place Truva's food as high as others that we have frequented - even comparing to less expensive options.
My shrimp casserole was a bit on the small side for dinner. 3 shrimp and veggies. But it was very good.
Service was nice but a bit slow. I appreciate they put a carafe of water at the table.
Ill go back and try more.
