The food is good. Ambiance is good. The biggest problem with this place is that it is FREEZING. No effort is made to even address this. Will stop coming in winter.

Inefficient on the night before a holiday. Wait 45 minutes for carryout... Park down the street. Arrive to 18 people in line. Counted 30+ tickets hanging. Waited another 45minutes in the cold just to give them your name. Absolutely unreal. Pizzas just sitting waiting. Ain't worth it. At all. Next time stay closed and save everyone the hassle.
