Pizza and service was phenomenal. Ava was our server and was amazing. Very attentive and energetic/fun while also dealing with a large party next to us. We got the deep dish Capone and the thin crust New York Finest. Both were extraordinary, I definitely would suggest trying one of each if you're eating here for the first time. The bathrooms were very cool too, spray paint and subway sounds. Definitely coming back next time we're in town.

Way cool building at the Mason location. We ordered appetizers - Bootleg Bread, Meatballs - both were great! Dinner was a variety of NY and Chicago style pizza. Chicago style was my favorite. Service was professional and friendly. We will be back.

We have dined at Two Cities many times since their opening, but after last night's experience we won't be back. We did online the waitlist and expected wait time was 35-50 minutes. We arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes later and had to wait an additional hour for a table. All of the staff appeared to be running around like crazy people - unorganized and not knowing what was going on. Our service and food arriving were very slow. It took at least another 45 minutes to get our food and they forgot the 2 orders of fries we ordered. Upon getting our bill, they charged us for 3 orders of fries! We brought this to our server's attention and she took the fries off but then also took the wings off by mistake. She came back with a second bill for the wings and ran my debit card twice. This issue I have with this is they have a credit card processing fee so my credit card being ran twice resulted in 2 processing fees! Check your receipts if you go there and think about your tip - if you're tipping on total sale, you're giving a tip on taxes and credit card fees they add! We are very disappointed! We went to celebrate a birthday and we all left totally frustrated with the experience. It wasn't enjoyable at all.
