The District Manager was there covering staff, the entire team was standing around on their cell phones barely acknowledging customers, outside of one team member Josh. Josh a newer employee was fully focused on the job, and his customers even covering for people playing on the phone. If it wasn’t for Josh we would have left. As first time patrons of Waffle House all I can say is 5* Josh 0* everyone else.

It was the worst cheeseburger I've ever eaten in my life. The buns were burnt, the ingredients inside were stale and the burger was burnt. It was the first and last time I ate it. I think they deliberately burned the buns because there is no other explanation. I bought 6 burgers and paid 37 dollars. They charge 10% fee to go. This is a robbery. Instead of food, I ate coal. Don't go here to eat anything.

Not a very friendly staff. Our waitress we all believe was on drugs .. couldn't remember anything brought wrong food 1st and just stood there I said we literally just ordered. She looked at me and walked away. Came with our food again just stood there holding it didn't say who got what..... We will not be back.
