I would give 6 stars if possible to the manager last night. She was an absolute angel working a busy Christmas night to still give us the most welcoming and kind service. She joked around, complimented our outfits, and was very kind to the children. She brought the holiday magic last night!!

We felt like royalty being the only customers when we walked in! Workers were very nice, spoke and laughed with us while we enjoyed our meal. Since this was daughter's first time there, we give it high ratings for the visit.

Used to love this waffle house. But waited 20 minutes to be served and nope, she constantly kept looking at us and walking away after telling us she'd be right with us. Constantly making eye contact but she'd then find other things to do. Other servers were obviously busy with their sections so, this was mainly this waitress' problem. Never got tend to. Also when we walked in and ask if the table was available bc an employee jacket was there. They said yes, but did nothing about the jacket which is awkward as well. But this waffle house used to be amazing. What a turn of events.
This waffle house was very nice and clean compared to most I will say it wouldve been nicer if there were more people working on the inside cuz there was only 2 (a cook and a waitress) so it did take us a bit longer to get our meal but besides that they were very hard working and the food was good
