Great service and clean store. The hash browns were slightly undercooked beneath the crispy top surface but otherwise great meal and service and we were very appreciative that WaHo was open when most of the rest of Cinci shut down due to snow days prior.

Waited for 10 minutes before I was greeted & asked what I was drinking! The cook actually took my order not the waitress! There was 4 people at the bar eating when I arrived and 1 pickup order that walked in before me! I asked for over easy eggs & I got scrambled! I still tipped but it wasn’t even busy! Good luck!

Supposedly shift change, 15 right. So they said 2hrs later we got our food, wrong some of of food. The cook was throwing a fit cussing at someone in back. It was the only place open or we would have left.
I ordered The chicken melt and a side of hash brown. The first thing i bit Into was the chicken and immediately spitted out . It had a nasty taste as of the chicken was old/expired . Went to go smell it & it had a bad smell to it . Very disappointed waisted 17 dollars & can’t even get thru to talk to someone.

The food is always good, but the customer service is even better. I absolutely adore coming here and talking with the employees. They’re always so welcoming and hilarious. This is the only place that has me looking forward to eat out. Thank you to Jen, Kenny, Sasha, and everyone else who works here!
Waffle House is shamelessly gritty and authentic. The booths are small, made from an era where people probably didn't eat at waffle House or if they did, they went and worked with their hands through the rest of the day. There's always a few minute wait as people just keep showing up but the service is very fast. The servers are friendly but will probably fight you if you get fresh. It's an honest American meal and everything we need nothing more.
