Walked in with 4 of us at 5pm and chaos erupted in the back. Worker was going to her break and told us we came in during a shift change and the staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Took 15 minutes to get our order taken, and another 10-15 to get the food. Giving a 2 star because the social dynamic was entertaining to watch.
Edit: Also there was a wet sponge under the dining room table we waited at, and my friends girlfriend stuck her shoes on it, and the floor was very sticky.

This place was just fine for many years, but something must have happened with management or staffing. It's been horrendously slow for at least several months now even when it isn't busy, completely ruining the point of a fast food drive thru and making prices not worth it.

Used to pop in here all the time. Lately, it takes 5 min to order and today took 10+ min of waiting until our food came out. We were able to see 4 people working at 3:45pm. Wendy's is just going downhill...

Empty drive through told to pull over to the side waited 25 minutes.
Got there at 8 pm and discovered they were closed. Hours said they were open until midnight. This isn’t the first time they’ve been closed hours early.
2 customers at the restaurant, staff was overwhelmed somehow because Fryer was down. Then we saw the drive thru employee holding a baby instead of working.
Truly an embarrassment to the Wendy’s Brand!

I placed a mobile order and prepaid for my food, then had to wait 30 minutes in line during my lunch break. Finally I got to the window and they said they were no longer serving customers, at 1:30 pm on a Friday! They gave no reason, and I never got my food that I paid for via the app. I also couldn’t cancel the order so it was a total waste of money. NOT happy.

I get food from this Wendy’s quite often and the food and service has been great! I did get one spicy nugget in my regular nuggets but I wasn’t going to complain. Tonight, I showed up at 10:30, craving Wendy’s, and no one would wait on me in the drive thru even though it says open until midnight. I understand it’s hard to find people to work, but update your website if you’re closing early so people don’t go out of their way to get food, and then let down.
