Food is never FRESH & if LUCKY room temperature. Chicken sandwich are thin breast. Not worth the CrAZy price for food.
Found a hair in MY nuggets. When I took a back up to the register the lady said she was SORRY and pulled the hair out added two more and sent it back to ME. I just through them away SMH.

This location has gone downhill & not what it use to be years ago,
I’ve been here several times thru the drive thru & will not be returning. The customer service is terrible & the GM her name is rose is very nasty & disrespectful. Avoid this location

4 adults stopped here for a late dinner. We placed our order, had to correct the order after she read it back. When we heard the cost for the order we questions if order was right. We moved to the window and questioned the drive thru worked. She repeated the order again with attitude. we gave her the charge card. When she returned, window opened hand came out and handed card back with no recite. She asked us to pull forward to waiting area. We tried to ask for recite but she was already walking away from window talking about us. When the girl walked out we received order and left. As we suspected we had more food than we ordered. I under stand orders getting confused. But the attitude from some of the fast food restaurants is getting out of hand.
date of incident . . . Thursday night around 10:00 pm 10/3/2024.
The attitude of this worked was not acceptable ! We all discussed this when we left the parking and none of us felt like we were rude in any way. Just questioning the order.
When she returned we were handed the charge card back and asked to pull forward. Note: no recite was offered, As she walked away quickly we asked for the recite but she never did.

On 9/10 I stopped at the Wendy’s on Mason Montgomery Rd. At the drive thru I ordered 8 ea of the chocolate frosties that are on sale. After waiting 10 minutes in line I was presented with a single frostie. I advised the person (I assumed it was the Manager) that I had ordered 8 ea. at this point he flew into a rage and refused to take my order and threatened to call the police if I did not leave. If it was possible to give them a negative number, I would be happy to do same.

this location never has breakfast food this is my third visit after 10am and today no sausage with 20 min until lunch food cost is one thing but so is cabinet management thru transition more so when it seems you stop cooking at 10am or earlier

Food prices. Wow 3.49 for a simple potato, small drink and small chili over $9. Chili was not like years past lot less beef. Overall this is not worth the trip folks.

Ive been a regular at this Wendy's for entirely too long. WILL screw up your order at least 60% of the time. Excruciatingly slow service, almost never running both windows, always missing ingredients or having a broken machine. I get the impression ownership of this particular Wendy's is not willing to put the money in needed to have it operate properly. Wendy's is generally my preferred fast food but this one is awful.
This has been the first and hopefully last time i review a fast food restaurant, this establishment needs it.

I ordered my food through the drive thru and the person who took it was the manager as I asked the employee on the window when I paid,the manager was so rude when she was talking to me and closed the window in my face so I left the food on there drive thru window without taking it or my mony. But it seems that Wendy's doesn't care about the customers and what they Wright on the reviews because there was more that one complain on the same person but with no action.

It’s Father’s Day and it’s 1:35 pm, unfortunately the person who took our order in the drive through was the manager and she showed lots of hate and was racist with my husband, treated him so bad , we paid and then threw it away as a refusal of such treatment

The lady who is always serving drive thru is rude and never do the orders right happened couple of times.

Didn’t give me one of my comboes and refused to give it to me when I came back to pick it up. It was the lady with the short hair I think who is a supervisor, always running the drive through. Noticed she has some complaints below as well.
