I was really disappointed with my order of bacon cheese fries from Wendy’s. The cheese wasn’t melted and was cold, which made the whole dish unappetizing. Also, the bacon came in soft strips instead of the crispy pieces I expected. This was a big letdown compared to previous orders. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this based on my experience and hope the service improves.

I am unbelievably upset. I placed an order on Saturday, November 15, at 1:15 am, for a Crispy Chicken BLT Biggie™ Bag with a Frosty and a Cinnabon® Pull-Apart for delivery. However, there was NO Frosty and NO Cinnabon when the food arrived. I guarantee you, the workers decided to simply not provide me with these parts of my meals because they didn't feel like dealing with the mess so close to closing.

This needs to be dealt with by management. I've also worked in food service before, but if you cannot take/make orders after a certain point, then don't let me waste my time and spend my money. Ridiculous.

Also, I asked for spicy nuggets, I got regular, and I asked for pickles on my sandwich, but there were none. Please deal with your employees.

I realize that service iw changing a lot and that those willing to work in the industry is harder to find but still, I expect some level of kindness and care. This Wendy's is my closest and most often sought out. That said, they are nearly always very curt, short worded, and borderline rude. From the greeting at the drove thru being drab and sounding like I've bothered them, to the simple task of saying things like thnak you or please or cracking any form of a smile, this place seems to often lack in all these areas. It's consistent enough that I wonder if the leadership might be the issue? That I dont know, but I do know that every team and leader has the choice to grow or to not care. I hope this helps them choose the former. Again, I know the challenge of this industry because it's wide spread and not the same as when I did it, but there are some basics I think we can still expect from people.

Went inside for an early dinner and stood at the counter waiting to be served. After waiting 5–10 minutes without being acknowledged, we decided to go to McDonald’s across the street, where we were served quickly.

Absolutely the best Wendy’s experience I have had in the Cincinnati area. First time at this location on 8/1/25. Dining room all nice and clean. Every employee competent and nice. Food was quick and perfect. Absolutely perfection experience. You can tell this location is managed well.

Ordered 3 Burgers and paid online. Picked up at the Drive-Thru. Got home. Open the bag. Contained three overcooked value meal chicken sandwiches with a piece of lettuce and an enormous amount of mayonnaise on each one. Horrible.

Best Wendy's we've been to in a while. It was clean, we got our food quickly and everything was correct! That has not always been my experience at other Wendy's locations, so it's really nice to visit a Wendy's and have no issues.

This is close to King's Island, and a good option if you want to leave the park for a more reasonably priced meal
