Went inside for an early dinner and stood at the counter waiting to be served. After waiting 5–10 minutes without being acknowledged, we decided to go to McDonald’s across the street, where we were served quickly.

Absolutely the best Wendy’s experience I have had in the Cincinnati area. First time at this location on 8/1/25. Dining room all nice and clean. Every employee competent and nice. Food was quick and perfect. Absolutely perfection experience. You can tell this location is managed well.

Ordered 3 Burgers and paid online. Picked up at the Drive-Thru. Got home. Open the bag. Contained three overcooked value meal chicken sandwiches with a piece of lettuce and an enormous amount of mayonnaise on each one. Horrible.

Best Wendy's we've been to in a while. It was clean, we got our food quickly and everything was correct! That has not always been my experience at other Wendy's locations, so it's really nice to visit a Wendy's and have no issues.

This is close to King's Island, and a good option if you want to leave the park for a more reasonably priced meal

Person at the window forgot to add my son’s meal. No biggie I will pay for it. Again. But instead we got the receipt tossed at us. Arms crossed like a toddler throwing a tantrum he refuses to make my kids food. Slams the windows closed and proceeds lock them. Then we were refused service and the rest of our food.

We was there June 26,2025 around 2:30pm. We came up to the counter & the cashier walked up with a mouth full of food. We ate our food in the dining room & almost every table was dirty, there were stacks on dirty trays on almost all the trash cans at least a 100 in each stack. We were staying at a hotel not far & came back for breakfast the next morning. It was after you guys was open around 9:45-10, all the chairs was up on the tables and it looked like someone just poured water on the floor and pushed around with the mop. We asked if it was opened & was told yes. We came in & the manager slams some metal cup holder down there on the counter. She takes our order & goes on taking stuff apart to clean. It looked like they were doing the cleaning the closers should of done. She bags our food & sets it on the counter, don't say anything then turns her back to us to go back cleaning. So we interrupted one employee eating & then we bothered, annoyed another. You can let them know we won't be back

I went to get a late lunch. I went through the drive through and started to order. The woman taking my order mumbled and I couldn’t understand her. I apologized and asked if she could repeat herself. She proceeded to start shouting at me “I SAID WHAT DIPPING SAUCE? BBQ, RANCH, BUFFALO…” and getting an attitude. I apologized again and gave her the rest of my order. I pulled up to the window and she refused to talk or help me and had her coworker do it instead. I hope she’s having a better day, but there’s no reason to start yelling when someone can’t hear you.

I came through the drive thru, the woman working at the window had an AWFUL attitude from the moment I pulled up. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a condescending tone— as if I was an inconvenience to her rather than a customer. (Odd that you choose customer service as your career). Basic courtesy and respect were completely lacking. It wasn’t just “oh she’s having a bad day”… she just has an appalling attitude and sense of communication. It seemed as if she had zero interest in doing her job and treating people with common decency. I’m honestly shocked at how unprofessional the interaction was. I hope management addresses this, and reinforces how to properly communicate and have common courtesy towards their customers.
