Cool spot, great service but when you pull up there is no menu!!!!! The tv screen flashes so fast, how am I supposed to order what I want. Ugggg it was one of the most frustrating coffee shop experiences I have had. I ended up with something I didnt want because I just had to have the server pretty much order for me. Talked to a friend and she had the same issue.

My husband and I go here quite a bit. This last time we went. We get the energy drinks. I asked for light ice in my drink. The whole thing was filled of ice bearly any drink. Mind you the drink is expensive. My husband ordered the pixie stick chiller. It wasn't mixed at all. Highly disappointed. The employees where trying to give the wrong cars drinks as well.
I just went to seven brew and there were two hairs on my daughters smoothie and in my smoothie cup. I tried to pick the hairs off but they were hanging out of the smoothie lid, attached. when I asked for my money back, the lady insisted she would make me a new one. I told her I was disgusted and I just wanted my money back then she just walked away and said we’re making you a new one, so I just drove away and never got my money back and I didn’t get another Smoothie because I didn’t want a new one made by the same person that left hairs in the first one. So I’m just wondering do you guys not allow refunds? It was a kids smoothie for $4.60 and I tipped $1. I hate to complain about $5 but it would have paid for another meal or smoothie somewhere else.

Went here after work to grab a drink and Madi was so funny the whole time. She kept us laughing and the drinks were extremely affordable. We bought 5 of them and it was only $14 and some change. We even had coupons from them! Leah did an amazing job making the drinks as they were delicious. I also really liked how they were able to look up a past drink I wanted. I couldn’t remember what I put it in, but Madi pulled it up on the tablet for me! They both really made my night, so great job to those ladies! :)

I really enjoyed my trip to 7Brew, but I do want to mention one serious concern how cold it is for the employees working outside. It was 15 degrees with a wind chill of 1 degree, and I genuinely felt awful for them. They looked absolutely freezing while still doing their best to provide great service. These workers deserve to be protected and taken care of. 7Brew corporate or the franchise owner needs to do better provide proper cold-weather gear like custom jackets or improve the heating system. No one should be expected to work in conditions like that. Shame on them. But overall shout out Massillon 7brew for always doing amazing work🩷
