Applebee's Grill + Bar

Listening to employees talk to their friends about their criminal past 2 tables down isn't a way I wanted to spend the evening with my fiance and daughter..

It's been a long time since I had to change a review to bad. Let alone give a 1 Star. So let's begin with how and why came to this point. I don't complain hardly about much when it comes to going out for a family dinner. But don't get me wrong. If you really fail when it comes to people's time and money in which they are paying you for a good experience. Well this is the time to fix it. When it comes to me, I really do actually asked the questions to himself of why and is this right and having a wife that is assistant manager running a restaurant I even compare my thoughts against her's asking if this was right or can it be done better. Ok. besides the point. The hostess acted like she didn't want to be there, she didn't even have a half decent attitude. she was really not doing her job and doing it at half the rate it should have been done. She told us that there was a 5 minutes wake or more. She was taking people out of order after they show up after us for the same size party. before we even got our food other people that have been seated after us already had their food. Also she didn't even bring silverware to the table. Let alone have her station stocked up with silverware or napkins. the waiter had to do it because we had to ask him for the silverware and napkins. The waiter brought us our drinks when he took our order which was very good, but he never came around again to check on the table or to do refills until our food actually showed up which took way to long. Touching again on there was no need for the 5-minute wait because even with seating and rotation for the waitresses they were plenty tables in the whole restaurant, it was just her dragging her feet. In the wait time from entering the door and leaving with not even half to three quarters of the restaurant full still took almost double the time that it should normally.

Came in the doors was very confused... no apple picking bags or a apple tree in sight!!!!! This stumped my need to question for I am a giraffe and just needed a good salad at that point.

Very friendly, personable, professional and by far my favorite place to come out to eat and drink. Not your average a Applebee's. Brittany, Diane, mackenzie and more are very hospitable.

We had excellent service but the food was honestly a little disappointing. The texture was way off on the noodles for the chicken parmesan. The Bourbon Street chicken and andoullie sausage was way too spicy and not very good flavor. The Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp was pretty good however. The kids cheese pizza seemed pretty lame imo.

MORGAN N. Was my waitress 11/29/2025 and was visibly pissed off at the presence of me and my wife. Arguably the nasty attitude was more targeted towards my polite and honestly, rather self reserved partner. Constant dirty looks from the moment we were asked for our drinks. Handed us our check early like she wanted us gone so no dessert I guess… lost customer, lost purchases, upsetting night. Hope you think twice before coming on a date night.

We went in and orders to go food… bartender was lovely and really great! We got home however and ordered boneless garlic parm wings and got a quesadilla! Pretty ridiculous … won’t be going back! Food was bland and not exciting! Lacked flavor!

We ordered a trio and a burger. trio came 10 mins later still didn't have burger.server was too busy with all the girls only 5 tables in the restaurant.we left worst it's ever been.

It was an unfortunate evening. Service was bad. Had 2 waiters arguing and the cooks fighting. We order but never got anything other then drinks and left

My friend and I hadn't seen each other for a while and met at Applebee's. They weren't busy so our servers didn't mind that we said and chatted. She was very nice and brought us refills and everything we needed. Her name is amber, and I give her five stars! In general, Applebee's was very nice the food was just what we want ordered was served quickly and we enjoyed our visit
