⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an excellent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and it was 100% because of the service. Huge shout-out to Malcolm—that guy WORKS. From the moment we sat down, he was on it: friendly, attentive, quick, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that makes all the difference. Food was great, drinks were right, but the service is what really stood out. Malcolm made sure everything was right the whole time and never missed a beat. If management’s paying attention, that’s the kind of employee you want leading the charge. We’ll absolutely be back—and hopefully Malcolm’s on shift when we are. 🙌🍗🔥

Customer service was great Leon Gave phenomenal customer service and even introduce a couple of of different menu items as we were unsure what flavor of wings to order. I also observed him stopping by a couple of guest tables asking how things were and if they needed anything. Food was delish and atmosphere wasn’t bad either I will be back

Stopped in for dinner and hour before closing, after we called ahead to see what time they would be open until. When we arrived, us along with other customers were being turned away; they were closing early because Ohio State lost their football game. How disappointing, frustrating, and unprofessional😒

Service was great. The wings were good. The celery sticks looked old as the ends of them were starting to change color. Menu were a bit sticky.
Hey the food tasted really good, and the service was great but man, me and my kids stopped here over the weekend and all got wings and we all got really sick after. Not sure the staff could have helped that or anything but I probably won't be able to go back here for a while.

I placed a mobile order to pick up a few hours later. I arrived to pick up my order and I was the only customer in line. There was one hostess and she was on the phone. She greeted me and asked me to wait just a minute and she would get to me. That was all good. Soon the second phone was ringing and she placed them on hold. There were no other employees to be seen besides this hostess who was busting her butt. Soon a dasher got in line behind me then a large party behind them. Suddenly, 4 employees come out from the back and just stand there talking. When they finish talking, they help the large done in party first even though I arrived first and it was now 10 minutes past my pick up time. They help the dasher next and I mention how I had a pick up order too and I had arrived first. I was met with attitude and they helped the dasher first. The hostess was still stuck on the phone with a large takeout order, but she apologized to me. Finally I got my order 20 minutes after my original pick up time. My family's food was cold and the wings were tiny. Each boneless wing was the size of a quarter. I was excited to have BWW Wings with the signature Asian Zing sauce that I use to love. We will not be back. We will just go back to WingStop right down the street. If I really want Asian Zing wings, I will buy WingStop wings and sauce them myself. It's not worth my money or the effort to go to BWW anymore.

I have waited to write this review. I don't like to spread negativity but every time I visit BW's with my family the food and service get worst and worst particularly the Massillon and Canton location. The wings have become smaller and smaller over the years and price even in today's standards for an order of wings is ridiculous. Oh by the way we ordered fried pickles in Massillon last night and we got a half order. When we brought to the waiters attention they stated that was a normal size order, picture below for context. The Canton location never has anyone working and takes forever to get your food. I'm done with these locations. I travel quite a bit for work and although the pricing is still the same the service and food is much better at other locations. I ate at the Sandusky location last week and everything was wonderful.
