We had so much fun at dinner! 1st Bugsy's employees are the kindest people! To me that's my fav about visiting any location. Next I love the paper covered tables we pulled out a pen and put the phones away, while this Italian music is playing in the background next thing you know we're drawing on the table then we start humming and singing along quietly as not to disturb other guests lol!!! I didn't know my husband could draw so well. Wink. Ok so they have the best raspberry iced tea yes indeed. Another please all the singing made me parched hahaha lala laalaa la la la . Ok let's get serious here gotta get some pics round #1 just arrived after the pics of bread and salad nice cold crunchy salad and warm bread with olive oil o my I absolutely fav I could have 10 pieces of that bread with o maybe a gallon of the oil ( ok just kiddin ) mmmm next the entrees were soooo yummy I forgot to take pics oops my bad next time. My granddaughter loved her spaghetti and meatballs, my husband didn't venture far from a burgers and I enjoyed the seafood pasta and we had plenty of leftovers too. While Bugsy's has every ingredient of what can make a truly fine dining establishment and cool Italian family restaurant...it needs to decide if it wants to be that or just another trash bar in the city.Most of the food is fantastic especially for the price. It is well plated, well seasoned, and well prepared. It is really around 4 stars...but for the cost per quality it is 5 stars.Most of the service is 5 stars as well. I've recently had 3 separate servers that were all wonderful. They were quick with the refills and always happy to serve.The atmosphere itself can be wonderful... It has great decor..great lighting and some good decorations it definitely has potential.The problem with the atmosphere is the guys at the bar one of whom came out of the kitchen area and made reference to being related to the owner or at least someone working there. He wasn't even the problem so much as the other 2 friends he was with not just saying, buy YELLING.. FK THIS FK THAT ..OH...SUCK MY DI*K etc.This wasn't like I was next to them...this was across the restaurant.Not one worker asked them to keep it down or tried to do anything...they just sat there serving them more drinks.What a wonderful atmosphere to take a family out to eat at. Talking about parents saying to beat there kids and women knowing their place is apparently appropriate conversation for a dining establishment.I've had more pleasant experiences traveling and stopping at a truck stop.

the food is mid, but priced like it was cooked like bobby flay himself ??? 14,99 for 4 ravioli is crazy. they were kinda bad too.. things were constantly being taken back because they’re just bad ?? my friend didn’t get cheese in her alfredo ? i got lake michigan itself in cheese souce but the only thing i tasted was butter ??? they might have a microwave in their kitchen tbh. staff was nice and very understanding so props for that ? but overall a mid tier place!!! go spend ur 14.99 at wendy’s fr ???? ( my experiencece may be different,, i came with a huge group soooo do what you will with that) 2/5 but the lava cake was pretty fire tho

A little pricey but decent food waiter was very nice but we sat a while with emptied glasses before he seen to refill them.
Went for the first time today. I had the chicken gorgonzola with a caprese salad, a orange martini and pepperoni sticks. My husband had the chicken parm with Alfredo and my daughter the kids spaghetti. Everything was great from the service to the food. We decided on dessert and the cannot trio is my favorite . The prices are very low especially in this economy. We will definitely be back
