Have gotten food here recently a few times and I’ve had the same drive thru person each time named Norman. I just wanted to give him a 5 star review because he’s very kind and patient every time I come and order! Food was good as well, I normally just get the chicken fries.

For starters, this should be a zero star review. Went to the drive thru to order food for my son. Employee says over the speaker to go ahead with your order, I tell him it'll be just a minute. He comes back with the longer you take the more I charge, I was already about to spend $30 on an order of food for one person so I did not find this as funny as he apparently thought he was being. I responded with maybe I don't want to eat here then. He comes back with of course you want to eat here that's why you're in the Drive-Thru. Again I did not find this funny therefore I pulled ahead to the window and requested to speak to his manager, he says to me you know I was being funny right. I did not respond to him and waited for the manager I then explained to the manager what he said and informed her that I felt he was being very rude I did not appreciate his comments and would take my business elsewhere.

Took fifteen minutes for them to get two cars out of the drive thru and another five just to get two rodeo burgers together.. noticed neither vehicle ordered more than two items. So yeah, long story short I was on break and I decided to try and stop there as I noticed a very short line. Figured it'd go fast enough I could grab something.. I was wrong, and I was late getting back to work.
