I have had the worst service my last three visits. Same cooks. This place is absolute garbage. I will never ever go back there. They put the worst food out and have no remorse.

Get here and their card machines dont work, get told to park while they run my card, I refuse to leave my card and the attendant here decides to close the window and shout a whole lot of crap about us to the people at the back and keeps repeating Im done with this etc etc.
Everyone has the occasional bad day but having to call her to give my card back and leave after being insulted for minutes simply because i didnt want to leave my card is insane.

Went to burger king on Massillon road ohio to order 2 whopper jrs and a ice water , food came out cold and when we asked the lady for our water , she gave us shit and said well did you pay for the water gave us attitude and walked away . Im over the customer service of these people and not giving a crap about others .

Customer service is atricious. Don't order anything that deviates from their standard menu. It will take them at least 3 times before they get it right and have an attitude towards you because they don't listen to what you ask for.

The food was delicious I live for Halfsies and Hershey pies. I was on my way to work and I stood in line way too long before anyone came to get my order which caused me to run a little behind. They were nice once I did get attention.
