This is a very clean restaurant with polite staff and the food is fresh. The parking lot is spacious and it's in a nice part of town. The hot food I ordered was hot and the cold items were cold. I had a perfect lunch there and will definitely return again.

Friendliness staff, food is always correct and hot!
Me and my family have visited this location 4 times within this past month and will not be returning….(yes, I’ve counted) Every, Single, Visit, we have received either the wrong order / or have missing items. Not once have we had a successful trip. Don’t waste your time calling the store either, as they have completely stoped answering the phones. Taking the full trip back to the store is always necessary if you’d like any type of “replacement”. Funny enough, Our replacement food was wrong too!! And when we tried to call, (you can guess it) No answer!! Take your business to belden guys, they have really become unorganized at this location.
I have tried this location 5 times. Each time I experienced very slow service. Then they now refuse to give large cups of ice with a gallon of tea or lemonade. The gallons are expensive.
Parking: There is a large lot. I always use drive thru. I do not park.

The owner made it very clear that he is racist. I’m a traveling nurse and stopped in this evening for an order of fries. I was stuck in the line so long that by the time I received my food, it was cold. I politely came back for a refund and this man asked for the food back. Instead of owning up to the lack of customer service this evening, he took this as an opportunity to boast about owning the place. He presented to be a very sharp man until he failed properly introduce himself and when I asked his name he thought it would be more appropriate to point to the plaque on the wall and address himself as “the owner” until I asked a second time. I’ve been to many other Chic Fila and never heard of that. But you know what, God doesn’t like ugly, you reap what you sow in this kind of business, David!

Employees are great but the wait time is ridiculous. The drive thru is severely prioritized over all picks ups and it shows. Delaying times can affect delivery opportunities.

We decided to order for delivery. Got the food and they forgot 4 of our items. Called and they said they would have it delivered. After 20 mins called back and they said they couldn't do that. Decided to give them 1 more chance... order for delivery.... got the food and one of the main items were missing!!! Are you kidding me??? No refunds... nothing! I will not order from them again! Absolutely NO reason for this!!!
