I love the Chick, but .... Massillons Mack n cheese is awful, So dry I can't eat it, tried it several times and it's always the same .I've ate it a Canton, Fairlawn always creamy ,so good.I don't know why Massillons is so bad...

App needs fixed, why should my bank account have multiple holds because the APP PROMPTED ME TO RESUBMIT MY PAYMENT. If the app doesn’t have the capacity to resubmit payment then why am I being prompted to do so, instead it should prompt to place a new order.

I came here a few months ago with a bad experience and recently came back because it was more local to me and I haven’t eaten anything all day. Don’t get me wrong, the guy that took our order was sweet, but I think it was extremely rude that someone that works there lied about the situation when she didn’t do what she said she did. I ordered a southwest chicken salad and I was rung up a cobb salad and we came back to get it fixed and they explained it was because they didn’t have the spicy chicken and I’m sorry why wouldn't I have been told that so I could order something different or maybe go somewhere else?? Instead of asking the customer what they want… you go and ring it in how you want because you don’t have something. I should have been notified. THEN, the girl at the pick up window walks up and asks what our order was and we explained that we received the wrong salad (she explained that they didn't have spicy chicken for the salad and that was why it wad rung up a cobb salad) and she said we can do nuggets or cold regular chicken and then asked about the not wanting beans because I mean… on the receipt we gave back to you it says no beans like why would I change my mind? They go and make it with beans and we go back around again, not to be the complicated customer and we were as nice about it as we could be and said “they did remake the salad and we appreciated that but they made it with beans when the receipt we gave them said no beans.” This guy comes out and I’m assuming the supervisor, he explains that the girl at the pickup window told him that she asked if I wanted the salad regular (with beans) when NO, she had asked if I wanted the regular cold grilled chicken for my southwest salad… and even asked “no beans correct?” and both my boyfriend and I told her yes, that’s correct. Like you guys are unprofessional and rude and the girl at the pickup window, I get that it’s hard sometimes and I understand the fast food life and we tried coming in and making it as easy as possible for us and not only us, YOU guys, but to go and lie about what you had said.. childish and wrong.

The past three times I’ve been to the Chick-fil-A in Massillon they’ve messed up my order. From having my meal take nearly an hour to come out due to the bread toaster not functioning to the following time my sandwich not having tomatoes. I was given a breakfast your choice card. I used that card for a breakfast sandwich that I never received where the employee then proceeded to give me yet ANOTHER breakfast your choice card. Although I love Chick-fil-A I must say that I prefer the Chick-fil-A in north canton where as the Massillon location has highly disappointed me.

Stopped in when it was super busy, but the workers and owner all were super polite + proactive to make sure I had what I needed, plus refills while dining in. Great team!
