Just not good... It's so sad that Chipotle has become another nasty fast food restaurant. They used to be amazing

6:52 pm 6/23, worker scrapped off food from the line and threw it back into the pans to be served. 🤮 He didn't see the issue with it. Eat here like twice a week but idk about that going forward.

No steak. No beef barbacoa. How do you run out of meat?? Have you ever been to Wendy’s & they were out of burgers or spicy chicken?

Almost every single time I visit this chipotle location, there’s some sort of issue. I visited this Chipotle 10 minutes ago, and as they were sealing up my food, the credit card machine went down. I didn’t have cash on me, nor did the gentleman in front of me. They gave him his food for free, but when I got to the register the manager coped an attitude and said, “we can’t be giving out free food.” I kindly let her know that had I known prior to ordering my food, I would not have ordered at all. After messing with the machine for a minute or two, she said, “just give it to her.” Completely unprofessional.

I will happily save the headache and go to the Belden location. The employees at this location are not friendly, and I have witnessed multiple gossiping sessions between the coworkers and managers. They also have no issue whipping out their phones while on the job. Again, all completely unprofessional.

So tired of their boring menu, unreasonably priced and overrated guacamole; hit or miss: either too salty or too bland.
They have reduced their portion sizes even further to accommodate greedflation.

Tried to take advantage of chips and queso deal for Cinco De Mayo. Checked bag before I left but did not fully open my bowl. Got back to my job to sit down and eat and discovered not only were three things missing from the bowl but they also added beans despite me putting no beans. You can’t even call and actually talk to people at the store making the orders, so had to go through chat bot just to get a “free entree” next time I decide to give them another try. A frustrating way to spend my break today

All of my food was finishing being made and the card reader went down. I waited at least 10 mins bc I understand. I had a hungry family waiting at home and I knew they'd throw my food away if I left anyway.....I had to leave (it's 735!) and no food. I don't expect free food but I mean come on.
4 of my 5 items already had crusty looking, old carnitas so I guess I wasn't missing out. But just a very disappointing experience and I'll make sure not to come to this location. I see why it's always dead.
They were also out of chips and guac. Seems like they're always out of something.

So the food is ok typical good tasting chipotle, but the food is literally slopped all over the place and they slice the bowls and burritos on tin foil right thru the slop..
the carry out station was a mess.
The serving counter was a mess,
The. Counter behind everything had food particula on it.

This is not the first time here I have been her before and it’s the same slip.
Please clean your counters. Wipe them down!

We order Chipotle every Sunday from this location. It has been hit or miss for awhile, but this time may be the last. We ordered 3 chicken burritos and 2 of them were not made correctly. First one was supposed to be light rice and veggies, but had enough for 4 burritos. Second burrito, had absolutely “zero” chicken. If it is so difficult to follow directions, then don’t offer options to people.

I ordered DoorDash like I have multiple times and was very disappointed when I opened my bowl to see it was half full which was very frustrating. If I’m going to spend close to 15 dollars it better be filled to the brim never eating here again.
