All of my food was finishing being made and the card reader went down. I waited at least 10 mins bc I understand. I had a hungry family waiting at home and I knew they'd throw my food away if I left anyway.....I had to leave (it's 735!) and no food. I don't expect free food but I mean come on.
4 of my 5 items already had crusty looking, old carnitas so I guess I wasn't missing out. But just a very disappointing experience and I'll make sure not to come to this location. I see why it's always dead.
They were also out of chips and guac. Seems like they're always out of something.
Bummer experience

So the food is ok typical good tasting chipotle, but the food is literally slopped all over the place and they slice the bowls and burritos on tin foil right thru the slop..
the carry out station was a mess.
The serving counter was a mess,
The. Counter behind everything had food particula on it.

This is not the first time here I have been her before and it’s the same slip.
Please clean your counters. Wipe them down!

We order Chipotle every Sunday from this location. It has been hit or miss for awhile, but this time may be the last. We ordered 3 chicken burritos and 2 of them were not made correctly. First one was supposed to be light rice and veggies, but had enough for 4 burritos. Second burrito, had absolutely “zero” chicken. If it is so difficult to follow directions, then don’t offer options to people.

I ordered DoorDash like I have multiple times and was very disappointed when I opened my bowl to see it was half full which was very frustrating. If I’m going to spend close to 15 dollars it better be filled to the brim never eating here again.

My order was as I asked to be made but the station was hardly sanitary. Corn was in the sour cream, fajita veggies in the sour cream, lettuce everywhere. If you were alergic to something you would not be able to eat here. Employee was during rush hour but showed a lot of frustration towards a co worker who needed help with a simple difficulty at the register. Only friendly person was the guy starting the process.

There was no line but the workers seemed very busy with online orders. We asked for fajita veggies and there was none. However, as she was sealing up our containers- the fajita veggies were brought out. It’s sad that the worker did not think to add the veggies to our container. She was disgusted that she had to run back and get a Vinegrette and a sour cream. The work ethic- like most young society now- is not evident at this location. The older gentleman that checked me out- was polite and smiled.

I just left here, and had the most unpleasant experience because I felt more rushed than I’ve ever felt in my entire life ordering food. I had three different people asking me what I wanted in my two orders. Then, the guy at the register was trying to collect my money before I was even done ordering my food. I asked him to slow down and let me finish, and he stated verbatim, I’m sorry I’m trying to meet a quota. Well I’m sorry, me ordering the correct food is more important than you hitting some stupid quota.
