Online ordering is a joke. I paid $15 for a bowl and asked for extra rice, what I received was barely a scoop. Ridiculous prices for the workers not to put in effort

Just left here and to say it was disgusting is an understatement. While in line I noticed the complete filth in the back rice all over the counter top, up front every food in every direction. At the pay station food all over there as well. I thought maybe I was being harsh, they were busy for the first 10 minutes I was there. But once the crowd died down to no one many worker left and weren’t seen again. The chicken I got was so cold I was afraid of food poisoning so after a few bites I just ate some of the rice and was done. The cooks in the back were busy and stayed busy for even longer than the front but then left too. I don’t understand how a simple quick wipe down of the counter top couldn’t be achieved by a single worker there. Then I came to the reviews and wish I would have fore thought. Don’t apologize to your customers if you aren’t going to change things.

This location is terrible. I’ve never had a good meal here. Don’t waste your time or money go to the one on Tusc or Cleveland Ave.

Recently placed a 20 person catering order. The order was ready exactly on time. The staff was professional and eager to help with my order. All the food and utensils were prepared and packaged nicely.

Really upsetting, I love Chipotle but this location dropped the ball big time. Had our food delivered which is great, however food was the worse ive ever had from you. For 4 people at $80 not only do I expect my rice to be fully cooked and not hard but I would definitely expect more then 10 (and yes I counted) pieces of chicken in my bowl. All the chips was smashed and the guacamole browning. Extremely disappointed.

Beginning to think all Chipotle’s are a waste of time. Was simply trying to cash in my birthday coupon today and tried to order from here because the other location in Massillon messed up my order last time. Sat down to eat my food and my rice is completely missing. After spending my lunch break going back and forth with an AI bot their solution was a free drink next time… I didn’t even order a drink, if they’re replacing something it should certainly be food. Absolutely SICK of not being able to directly talk to the employees making the food.

bring back the smoked brisket.......

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Just moved to the area and unfortunately this is the closest location to me…I love Chipotle but this is now three times in a row at this location that the food was essentially inedible. The rice is hard every single time. Way too much salt. Threw half of it away. Customer service is terrible. They don’t even greet you or say have a nice day. Management needs to figure it out because based on other reviews, it isn’t just me. I’ll drive the extra distance to go to other locations.

The evening crew you guys had in there on 5/29/25 was below average at best.

Normally Lunch at this chipotle is on point. This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten dinner from here and the food has been absolutely gross, my packaging is smooshed, my bowls are wrong, chips are stale & not only is my food incorrect EVERY time but they barley give you any food. So disappointing morning & afternoon crew is great. They need to get on their night crew though because this is absolutely ridiculous every time!

My experience at this location has been recently terrible every single time I go, I always spend about 80 dollars, including a tip of 15%, but every time we order our bowls, we always do double meat and some sides we never get double meat or sides I just came today to get a bowl and decided that I was not tipping, because every time I do tip, I never get what I order and my bowl was 22 dollars, and it looks like it should be honestly. 10 dollars. I wish I could upload a picture, to show y'all. I wish I could give no star's Chipotle just keeps going down hill and it's a shame because I drive 20 minutes to this location because it used to be really good.

Do not go to this location unless you loveeee chewy cold chipotle. If you do love soggy chewy chips and ice cold meat this is your place to go! I think the employees also are having a competition of who can give you the smallest bowl in the world! If you want more cardboard than food in your order then go here!!
