I can say I'm really amazed not once but twice now this chipotle location has messed up my order now.. I can't understand how hard it could possibly be to make a cheese quesadilla . I ordered dinner for my family and both my children received their quesadillas without cheese in them how hard is it to put the main ingredient in it? Sad that you can't pay any attention to realize that you couldn't make the food correctly before giving it to the customer .

Every time I order from here, the workers are very friendly! My bowl today was made extra good! This location is my favorite Chipotle location!

This is by far the worst chipotle in the Massillon canton area. Countless times I got cold steak and uncooked rice to the point it’s not edible. Don’t waste your time and money, go somewhere else.

I realize that their drive thru is for online orders, that being said how hard would it have Been for them to be able to grab a large bag of chips off the rack and allow me to pay for them there without having to go in for just a bag of chips. And then get attitude from the little female teenager at the window. Absolutely horrible customer service.

The employees were lazy. I had to ask 3 times to get napkins and forks for a dine-in order, as the self serve station had not been restocked even though there were 5 employees and no customers. Also, most of the tables were filthy as was the meal prep counter.

It's too bad you can't get these lazy young kids to do their jobs without being triggered and going into a cry closet if someone dare said "if you got time to lean, you got time to clean". Ironically, said lazy rear-ended parked on filthy meal prep counter...

Used to be my favorite Chipotle. Used to be clean and the service was great when it first opened. Went in at 1130 today and four employees were sitting in the dining room eating. Both bathrooms were locked because employees were in there. You just opened and you’re going to tell me you’re all hungry and needing to go to the bathroom already?One person working the food line and also working the register. It has been a bummer watching this new branch turn into just like all the others
