The food was wonderful. I got the Oreo Brownie Cupfecton! It has a whole brownie in it, which I was not expecting. The atmosphere was cozy but formal at the same time. It was fairly empty, and the person at the counter was nice. All in all, it was a great place to go.Parking: It was good parking, but the signs were a little confusing.Kid-friendliness: The person at the counter was very friendly and ready to help if needed.

I love DQ and always have. It's insane the times we live in. When it is $53 for a family of 4 to eat "fast food" sucks. Then to get home and see you got FF instead of Onion rings as your side with the New Garlic Parmesan Tenders, and paid an upcharge for them. But I still gave them most 5 STARS because people are human, and 9 times out of 10 they get it right!

Love the cakes n ice cream varietys. You can eat inside the dairy Queen on Lincoln Way in Massillon. The quality of food is very good. Also like the grill cook hand delivering the food he prepared to the window. Wait time was also very good. Clean lobby. Friendly workers. Highly recommend for a lunch or dinner whether our go threw drive threw or eat inside ....

WOW! I work at the Target just down the road from here, and I’m always amazed EVERY TIME I go to this Dairy Queen. All of the employees get along with each other well, which results in not only a fun work environment, but one with efficiency and teamwork. It’s great seeing fellow highschoolers gain skills like that at such an important age in their life.Now for the food. To make it sweet and simple, it was delicious. I got the 1/3 pound Cowboy Ranch Burger combo or something like that with the limited time Red Velvet Blizzard. The burger was great, and that’s saying something because I’m not really a BBQ guy. Onion rings were CRISPY but the onion wasn’t destroyed on the inside, aka they were perfect. The blizzard was really good too! Nice chunks of red velvet in it. Still waiting for the Animal Cracker Blizzard to come back ?! And to top it all off, as I was getting ready to leave, they offered me a FREE smoothie. How awesome is that?! I love this place, and I love everyone that is employed at this establishment!

How many gloves does it take to prevent food poisoning and illness at the ice cream shop? Don't know? Well, don't bother asking the goofballs at the Wales Rd DQ. They wouldn't know either based on what I witnessed last night.I mean, it isn't really a big deal to touch dozens of filthy credit cards, cash, and coins from customers with your bare hands and then open up a package of sundae cups and make sure to stick those same filthy bare hands inside of as many of those once sterile sundae cups is it? Gloves, smoves. Who needs to put on gloves to restock the spoons, cups, and bowls that the eating public will eat and drink from? Not Wales Rd DQ employees, that's for sure!I watched this with shock and disgust last night. And if that wasn't enough, while I sat there waiting on my dab of ice cream (all you'll ever get there is a dab), Mr. Dirty Hands decided to have some fun with one of his half-dozen co-workers by slapping her visor off her head. Now that's teamwork!The crowd standing around in the kitchen (there was about six of them) devolved into laughter and glee at the visor lying on the floor. All the while a car had been pulled up and was waiting for there food. I'd been there for over 5 minutes by then (the pulled up car was there when I got there) and my two dabs of ice cream still wasn't ready. First, things first, I guess. Who has time to serve your barely existent customers when there are hats to knock off and food vessels to contaminate?This place needs shut down. It's time to have a chat with the health department. Whoever owns that restaurant needs their franchise revoked. I notice there are barely any cars in the drive thru every time I drive by. I see why. I too shall keep on driving from now on.

Every time I go to this restaurant my order is always wrong even something as simple as an ice cream cone or blizzard, not sure on the managing situation but something needs improved.
