Their food is pretty good... just expensive. Their workers are amazing and the service is pretty much perfect. I dont normally deduct stars for price but the blizzards are really too expensive for how much you get. Theyre really good though! Definitely recommend.

I will not be going back to this Dairy Queen, I’d rather drive to the one off wales or off 21 to get my food. The last 3-4 times I’ve been here they’ve forgotten food or messed up my order. Most recently I ordered through the mobile app and got a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard, came back home and it was some kind of strawberry chocolate blizzard. My wife is extremely allergic to strawberries if ingested and when I called to tell them this and advised they gave me the wrong one, the lady laughed on the phone…. I didn’t find this funny because what if my wife didn’t look at it and ate it, they’d be getting my damn hospital bill and being sued. I don’t appreciate the service here at all and the people have just been rude recently. This store never used to be like this!

Nothing specific to say besides I've never had a problem here. Then again, whenever I have a problem anywhere, I politely bring it to attention so they can resolve it immediately, instead of taking to the reviews like most cowards. ?

Two young girls that attend WHS were spotted talking at the window instead of helping me. After a few minutes, i received my food. Guess what? My order was wrong! No shock for the massillon dairy queen , they’re KNOWN for their lack of competence to input the correct orders. I’m allergic to pickles yet when i bite into my cheeseburger i taste the vinegary flavor of a pickle.
