My family has ordered pizza from this location for years but recently it has really gone down hill. My last few orders haven't been great, but this most recent one was just awful. Crust was way overcooked and hard. Asked for extra sauce on the pizzas and didn't get it. We ordered 2 specialty pizzas and barely had any toppings. I sincerely doubt I'll be ordering again anytime soon.

I attempted to place an order on Friday, October 31 and kept getting a technical error every time I will try to place my order so I called the store and the associate told me they didn’t know and there was no way they could check to see if the website was down. I advised that I had tried to place an order three or four times online and got a technical issue error associate then informed me that the “district manager” disabled online, ordering on a Friday and a holiday . I will never order from this place again and I will discourage everyone I know from ordering from this place ever again. That is horrible customer service.
Another one bites the crust. This place is pretty good. Ordered pickup, they crushed it. Cheese stuffed pizza is over rated. Get you a NY style 9.99 and be good. Could use more chalk, to draw on your walls.

This pizza chain has gone downhill over the last decade or so but last night’s dinner tasted awful. We could only eat a couple of pieces each. It’s terrible that it’s the only pizza place in Massillon that have their own delivery drivers.. still, it’s worth the extra charge for better pizza.

If you live in Massillon and like pizza, you need to go to Domino’s on Lincoln Way. Clean dining area, friendly staff, consistent food. The manager Matt is awesome, treats every customer interaction like greating an old friend. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

Going here for ever. Last two orders they cancel my order last minute and then I wait 5 days for my refund and lose my free pizza coupon. If y'all don't wanna honor it don't promote it 2 times is enough for a honest review. I'm just done dealing with it. I know I'm a regular and probably shouldn't be such a fat ass and eat this much pizza but as someone who orders three times a week I'm done

The wife ordered from this location tonight and the original delivery of product was sub-par. After calling the shop, she was in touch with Josh. The asst. mgr. for the pizza shop. I listened to the interaction between Josh and my wife and I must say I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with his respect and professionalism during there conversation. He offered a substantial refund or a replacement. We opted for the replacement pizza and asked to order parmesan garlic bread bites and he added them at no charge (we were willing to pay for them.) The replacement pizza was perfect and hot! I have had MANY bad experiences with pizza places in Massillon (including this one) in the past. But Josh has made me a believer in this particular shop. He is exactly what is needed in a service/food store and Domino's should be thrilled to have him on their team. Now, he should be training all the others to act like him, or make him a manager! This guy was a breath of fresh air to speak to (I called back to ask his name.) Being in the retail mgmt position for over 30 years, this is the kind of employee I want on my team! Thanks Josh! You rock!
