9 times out of 10 I never have problems with ordering here and all of a sudden they dont do delivery I work a 12 hour shift at a factory I'm not allowed to leave. I order from here at least once a week let alone it's always delivery. So I call to see why they canceled my order 2 times I am really disappointed that as much money as I've spent they couldn't even give me a reason why
I order from here all the time never have I thought about giving a place zero stars they disgust me i never experienced this here b4 this was so horrible im baffled the manager's customer service disgusting Disrespectful, I will never order from here again. Ordered food online 50 dollars worth completely wrong and burnt got delivery so I called to get it fixed Noone answered tried for four 2 hours then they closed called the next day was told I had to wait another day for their Gm to come to fix it so cake again on the 3rd day was told if I didn't cak the first day then they couldn't do anything and was told I should of had it taken care of the same day but how when Noone answered the phone then the "manager" or whoever the girl was on the phone stating she was a manager just hung up on me and they would answer I wasn't my money back I hate this place.

Called 15 minutes before close for a delivery. The lady who took my call was very courteous, polite, and accepted my order so close to the time they close. I admit I realized how close it was and it could have been a really long day for them, but they still went out of their way to ensure I would have dinner delivered tonight with excellent customer service. I wish I had a name to refer to, but she did a fantastic job listing every special and side to me as it was also my first time ordering with Dominos. Her patience for my mishap with the address and the overall experience was great! Thank you Dominos team!!Kid-friendliness: They were very polite and patient even when our call kept breaking up due to my connection. My daughter was in the background making a fuss and the team member was very professional and helpful throughout the call experience.
Ordered a medium pizza and some wings at 12pm on a Saturday night. Got my order home and had no wings, but some sort of cheese bread and the pizza was terrible!

Me n kids are a regular here but the last few experiences have not been the best . My order is always wrong and when I call to get fixed they never answer the phone it’s getting ridiculous
