Donatos Pizza

We decided to get a pizza on Christmas Eve, my son stopped and picked it up, when I got home from work, I noticed it was not done correctly! I called the store to ask them a few questions on how I could order it in the future to make sure it was done right, NO FAULT OF THEIRS!! 😊 I spoke with John and explained myself, he told me to come back up and get another pizza...He was going to have them Remake it!! I couldn't believe that..... I didn't expect them to do that....🤗 what a wonderful experience it was, when I got there, everyone was so friendly and so kind.... Even though it was Christmas Eve!! And they were at work. THANK YOU💗 😊 💯

Kraus pizza is usually my go to but I must say that the thin crust pepperoni pizza at the Massillon location is wonderful. We have had it several times and it is just delicious.

ordered a pizza tonight, 75 minutes later after being told it would arrive in 30 minutes, no pizza!!! called the store, no record of my order or anything, offered me a 10$ credit on the next order, i told them to keep it, because i wouldn’t ever order again, very much becoming like papa john’s and pizza hut, where u order from someone in india!!!!’

Picked up two pizzas yesterday, drove 15 mins back home. One pizza was clearly cooked hours ago, heck it looked days old! Everything was dry and disgusting despite the pizza probably being undercooked. Place surely went downhill, also went on their app to redeem my points for a $3 discount...but you lose your points, as they don't honor using their points as a coupon when another promo is available....just flat out dumb, why even illuminate that option...as once you click it, you then surrender all your points for nothing as they deem it invalid.

Only reason for 2 stars and not just 1 star, was the other pizza was actually edible.
