Donatos Pizza

Picked up two pizzas yesterday, drove 15 mins back home. One pizza was clearly cooked hours ago, heck it looked days old! Everything was dry and disgusting despite the pizza probably being undercooked. Place surely went downhill, also went on their app to redeem my points for a $3 discount...but you lose your points, as they don't honor using their points as a coupon when another promo is available....just flat out dumb, why even illuminate that option...as once you click it, you then surrender all your points for nothing as they deem it invalid.

Only reason for 2 stars and not just 1 star, was the other pizza was actually edible.

Way to go guys! I have ordered pizza from you since you opened this location.

Tonight I ordered a small pizza and a calzone. Total was to round up $25. I prepaid a $12 tip to the delivery person. Which is well deserved especially at the price of fuel!

However, upon checkout I saw a $4.99 “delivery fee”. This was done directly through Donatos. Not DoorDash or anyone else

I called the store and was told that none of that fee goes to the store or to the driver.

So this sounds like corporate greed at its best.

Lost a loyal customer for life and this point.

I love Donato's, but whatever they prepared for me last night was not Donato's. The crust was cardboard tasting, the pepperonis flat and flavorless, and the sausage had no punch.I've had pizza from this location before and it was fine, but what they served me was straight up low quality grocery store freezer.

Unfortunately, this place is sometimes REALLY good, sometimes not! This evening, not so good! Got a small & a medium pizza & 30 boneless wings. $47.37 & was rather disappointed with the food. The people who answer phones are always nice, however; their food isn't always so great...
