On my day off I usually take my dog and go get coffee at an area drive thru. Today it was Dunkin. I was told by the girl at the window that they no longer give pup cups! There are 5 area coffee shops that are all pet friendly and give pup cups, some free and some I pay for. There is a large amount of the population that also take their dogs for their morning coffee so I don't think this is a customer friendly policy . I will no longer be goinig to Dunkin.

Absolutely worth going to. Dunkin employees are the kindest, warmest, most joyous people. Going here for my treat a couple times a month really makes my day. It is 100% worth the time and effort. I always tip a little, even though I HATE over-tipping culture, just because the staff ALWAYS gets my drink made right and are ALWAYS kind. Seriously. When you are having a bad day at work, it's so nice to be able to stop and refresh your mind energy with some good vibes at this place. America should run on Dunkin... and I'm not sponsored or paid to say it!

I made the mistake of getting the hot chocolate and it tasted worse than the powdered packet version you make at home. Not one ounce of milk and my guess is 90% imitation chocolate šµāš« my taste buds were horrified. I need to remind myself to get the donut holes only and not their dun kin's bites "munchies", my kid wouldn't eat them. I spent +$8... and didn't eat/drink anything. Lesson learned

Coffee is TERRIBLE!! Third time I've been here in a month and the coffee tastes like watered down coffee. The strawberry coolata tasted like a chemical. Dunkins near Lilian Gish has really gone down hill the last 10 years

If there was an option for negative then I would give that. This location has messed up my order multiple times (and multiple times for my staff too) and when asked to exchange the order for the correct items, those new items was wrong as well. Take the extra time to drive to the Navarre location or pick a better place for breakfast in general.

I love dunkin' donuts but this one is officially out of my radar. I stood there like ten minutes and the young lady Attending to customers did not even attempt to acknowledge I was standing there. Not even a , I'll be right with you. The lady in front of me must have been there The same amount of time I was there, She turned around shook her head at me and walked right out. So I left too!

Sandwich great ,people working awesome, but the hash browns circles well were not done we threw them away. The location is excellent.
I frequently grab breakfast here, ordering through the app. The morning crew is a well oiled machine. Even if there are a ton of cars, the line moves fast.
So fast that I learned about a thing called a ghost car, when a vehicle spends less than 10 seconds at the window, apparently it messes up their system.

The service in the store was fine. Stress management during a rush could possibly be a topic of training. But also, so could consistency and apparently reading. My order included 2 coffees, a dozen donuts, and two bacon avocado toasts. Got the order home, and the toast had no bacon and the fact that someoneā¦.I just donāt even know what to say. I have nothing nice or positive to say about someoneās executive decision to box up and send out what they did. Itās sad.
