I understand they work very hard. Deal with craziness. I get it. But every time I go they all have attitudes and make me feel like a burden for asking for a drink/food.

Most stores are excellent right on, however, the one on Wells in Massillon, you never know what you are going to get. How hard is it to make 2-hot mocha latte? What did I get…one ice cold and the other one hot. What part of hot don’t they understand? Unfortunately, mess-ups have happen several times at this store. Management needs to train their employees better before having them work with the public.

Order the same thing everytime. The whole time the lady taking the order made me repeat my order multiple.times and tried to correct me on what I was ordering. We get a caramel ice coffee and add extra pumps of caramel and add pumpkin. She kept telling me it's either a large pumpkin or a large caramel its not both. Kept making rude remarks to me while i was ordering. She went JESUS at the pump amount I asked for and at the end I asked for cream and sugar in both and she went well why didn't you say that before. Got up to the window and she was laughing hysterically the whole time making it. Didn't add the cream or sugar and then made a rude comment about let us know about getting in trouble with the reviews. Can't give you a name because she made sure she had no name tag on but it was the manager because she had the black dunkin polo on. short petit woman with ginger hair styled like a boy. Will never go back to this dunkin again

Im homeless and have been getting discredited the entire time for my bathroom issues. The manager at wales dunkin gets the crown for worst and most inappropriate action so far. The first time i came in to her bathroom, she wiggled the door handle three times. Then this time she unlocked the door and look at me for several seconds before pretending it was an accident and closing the door. Not all homeless are using drugs. And even homeless have to use the facilities. I am a paying customer and this treatment is unacceptable. Hopefully this review will help with the stereotype that just because you are homeless you are on drugs
