They have really good customer service. They know me by my 1st name and always gets my coffee right. The one women sings to me lol u can’t always be crabby at work. Gotta have fun.

Im homeless and have been getting discredited the entire time for my bathroom issues. The manager at wales dunkin gets the crown for worst and most inappropriate action so far. The first time i came in to her bathroom, she wiggled the door handle three times. Then this time she unlocked the door and look at me for several seconds before pretending it was an accident and closing the door. Not all homeless are using drugs. And even homeless have to use the facilities. I am a paying customer and this treatment is unacceptable. Hopefully this review will help with the stereotype that just because you are homeless you are on drugs

Came in a few times so far with my wife and they're pretty good. Service is super nice and pretty quick too. Food there's no issues at all, it's Dunkin donuts quality so nothing super fancy but it definitely hits the spot though. Thank you guys

Terrible service from these entitled teenagers at this Dunkin location. You order at the speaker, girl is laughing as she makes you repeat your order 2 or 3 times. Get to the window girl takes money for coffee. I continue to wait for my coffee order, 4 mins she comes and says we have to make more coffee. I asked for a refund, she laughs and says we don't do refunds without a manager here. I wanted 6 minutes for her to say she can't refund my money and chuckle. I'm emailing and calling above her manager. Unacceptable!! Why are teens running and operating a store if they can't hear to correctly take the customers order? Why are teens running a store alone with no adult on duty?? Your either wasting time and money at this location to have your coffee remade or made wrong.

Workers are amazing!! My car broken down in the turn in the middle of the turn lane and helped me get to a parking spot
I roll thru here and get coffee all the time... this morning I just need some ice water, rolled thru and asked polititey, as I have done before, and was told I'd be charged $1 for some TAP WATER. Employee was very rude when I questioned why I'm getting charged for some tap water. Will never go to this location again, Employees are

This is the worst Dunkin ever they literally gave me expired milk in my drink and the manager yelled at the worker for not checking dates in front of me. My most recent visit is the last time I'll go here order a Chia latte and when I got it home they just gave me a drink that taste like straight black coffee I'm done with this Dunkin!

Staff have poor attitudes. If they mess up your order they will argue why it wasn’t messed up instead of apologize for getting it wrong. Poor poor poor customer service! I won’t be back to this store
