Staff have poor attitudes. If they mess up your order they will argue why it wasn’t messed up instead of apologize for getting it wrong. Poor poor poor customer service! I won’t be back to this store
I've only been to any Dunkin a small handful of times, none in which have been that extraordinary, but the last time I came here the order screens were black, so they had to run the drive-thru as such and they did pretty damn good despite the chaos.
They're very friendly and welcoming here! If you go a few times they really end up knowing you and already can guess what you may want! It's nice to sit inside a little and enjoy your drink and breakfast (if you get any) and enjoy your morning or whenever
