I used to visit this Dunkin regularly because it’s the closest one to my house, but lately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. It started with simple mistakes, like not knowing how to make a basic caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar. On multiple occasions, my coffee has been made without any cream or sugar at all, leaving it practically black.
This morning was the final straw. I stopped in quickly for a coffee and a snack, and all of the food was completely cold. On top of that, my order was incorrect and had the wrong items in the bag. It’s really frustrating to see such a lack of attention to quality and accuracy.
Unfortunately, I no longer feel like wasting my time and money at this location and will be driving a few extra miles to the next Dunkin in town!

No wonder my order couldn’t be ready both girls standing on phones when I pulled up to the window only to be told to move forward so I couldn’t see them! Not a single car behind me either not sure if I should even eat this food

I come here all the time for my coffee cause they never get it wrong and after a long night in the hospital I just wanted my coffee and it tasted awful the supervisor did remake it but I'm not understanding how the other girls made it wrong 🙃

The service in the afternoons is horrible !!! The coffee is never fresh u always have to wait !!! The morning service is great though!!

I recently tried a different dunkin location which caused me to realize how bad this location is. Compared to other dunkin’s, the coffee tastes great with correct syrup portions and properly mixing my drinks. While this location always serves burnt coffee and also never completely mixes a drink and leaves syrup on the side of the cup. I try avoiding this location because of how much better others are.

Ordered an extra large hot coffee. And it was cold as hell. Called and talked to the manager he was rude as hell. And wouldn't give me corporate number said they did have the number and the manager wouldn't even give me his name. This was on August 11,2025 at 1140pm. So it would be great to have the corporate number or even the manager name. I will never go there again.

Horrible place manager was rude to me the manager who speaked to me didn't give me his name we called around 11:30pm on August 11th. And the hot chocolate wasn't even filled. And he hanged up and didn't give us his corporate number. Do not go to this place when placing a mobile or a door dash order.
This dunkin is awful avoid and drive elsewhere the workers during mourning and early daytime are just rude and give no crap especially the bigger older lady at the window rude and just plain out nasty lady not sure if she is a superviser or some but bossy as hell got mad I asked for a straw for my coffee then the coffee tasted like old boots with mint dish soap please avoid this Dunkin’ needs new staff 100% I’m done going here I’ll go to the one in Massillon and that one is awful too at least the drink taste ok there
