Ordered an Italian sub which I have gotten before. Walked in to order and when I got to my destination, found out they put mayonnaise on with the Italian dressing....nor a good match. As I don't like mayonnaise, I couldn't eat it or return as I went to canton. So disappointed @

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, got home, and the crust was doughy. I took it back, and the manager said she would fix a new one. I heard a staff member in the back sigh and ask "what's wrong with it?" I'm pretty sure they just recooked the pizza I brought back because the cheese was hard and crusty and the dough was still not done. Smh. I really liked this place but looks like I gotta cut them off.

Order from here all the time-- at least twice a month. I can't speak for the other locations but this one never disappoints.
I constantly have problems with this location. My pizza's never all the way done. May have been in the oven for 5 minutes, probably less. And this is a continuous issue so I will not be ordering for me so Chicago anymore. And when I called to see why my pizzas weren't cooked all the way conveniently they're closed. So I had to put them in the oven for 15 minutes on 400 to get them done.

We haven’t ordered from here in 2-3 years. We got it last night and it was perfect. Bbq chicken pizza and a pepperoni. Both were really good and the red sauce isn’t super acidic like most places. It was actually the best pizza we’ve had in a while! Highly recommend! Many people only take time to post negative reviews and not much positive so I wanted to share our pleasant experience:)

Best Meatball Sub ever! For 10$ !It was big enough to feed three people and had been made by a woman that was devoted to her craft. And it showed by the quality of her work. Excellent pizza also, hand made with an old world style that left me wanting more.

I love the Chicago Style pizza a medium cost $20.00. Mmm mmm good.
Menu said Alfredo pasta, girl who answered the phone claimed it didn’t exist so we went with the taco salad and spaghetti and meat balls. Both were a waste. Not fully cooked and tasted old. Never buying salad or pasta from them. The only thing they can get right is the pizza. Do NOT buy anything but pizza. LOVE THE PIZZA. just not anything else.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Always excellent pizza and service no matter what day or what time of day I order. Even when delivery times are quite slow, I don't hold it against them knowing people aren't wanting to apply and work. Even then, they tell me if delivery is going to take awhile before I place my order so that I know to expect a longer than usual delivery and I often still get it even way sooner than told. If you don't want to wait for long delivery times, go pick it up. I guess that's something you'll have to tolerate if you want the perk of being able to stay home and not go anywhere. But hey, I don't care, East of Chicago is still the best pizza around. It will never get old for me.

45 minutes for a pickup order is not okay. The customer service wasn’t friendly, the lady on the phone seemed very displaced to handle my call. First time ordering and probably the last
