I received cold chicken and pizza and chicken tasted like it was rotten so I called and spoke with Todd and told him I would bring it back and I wanted a refund but they have a no refund policy and you are just screwed out of your money don't eat there it is terrible food and terrible management
I placed an order back in March for over $70...I was doubled charged, one charge processed, the other was "pending " on my account for OVER a week, pending charges takes away from your balance, dispite talking to manager and owner and being promised for weeks they would refund the $125 in bounce fees this caused, they NEVER made it right..NEVER offered to refund anything and than just stopped taking my calls!! so if u order BEWARE if using ur debit card!!!
Called and ordered a party pizza the other night. We wanted just pepperoni on it but asked if they could leave the pepperoni off of the end of the pizza. We have one child that only eats cheese and didn't want to order a whole extra pizza. They said they couldn't do that. Such an easy thing to do for a customer and they said no. Thanks. We will not order there again.
