I love that this is a small local business!! The shakes were pretty good but I didn’t like the fact that when I called in and went in I was told two different things, There seems to be some sort of disconnect and disorganization. The girl at the counter was so sweet and helpful, and the lady who answers the phone a few days earlier was also helpful, which is contrary to a lot of things I heard about this place. The building was kinda dark and creaky, but also kinda hip hop vibes… so that was different. I love the idea of serving heathy food and a temping to create a positive environment, but I think this business needs some more focused love and attention.

All I can say is I feel Amanda Johnson’s frustration (previous review). I have been a very faithful longtime customer at Healthalicious and I don’t like to complain either but the last couple times I have been there it has not been great. Because it is a local business we try to support but after the fourth time I can’t do it anymore. The flavor of shakes are not consistent and when you question it all you get is “I’ll have to mess with that flavor”. Now they are saying there’s a cup shortage and to bring your own cup.. what? All I can say is try Jackson Nutrition!
