Been here two times and terrible! First time the food was cold and I mean cold, and I had a bunch of water from the rice not being drained. Second time I stood in the place with no one waiting on me they were in the back talking, whatever that isn’t the big deal. I order my food and tell the lady light hot head sauce and she loads the bowl up like a dude loading up his date at prom night. Ridiculous. Will not be back to this location.

Well I was excited to try Hot heads because of everyone saying how good it was so I went and the food was completely plan and gross worse service I ever received because she couldn't hear me so I was really annoyed and upset on top of not having a good meal so not like chipotle.

New ownership ruined this location. The owner is an incompetent boss, he doesn't pay his employees correctly, checks often bounce, hardly communicates to staff and management, and has been the reason many employees have quit working there. The place has bugs and the food isn't what it used to be. Do not recommend for employment or for eating.

Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old has option with hot head. She enjoyed her soft taco.

I usually like this place but today we ordered off door dash and the items where soo messy, and the pepers with the fagita vege where cut too thick and I got lettice in mine that I did not want, and the sour cream is in there but it is soo mixed in I can't see it.

There is no reason to be locking the doors 30 minutes before you close when your hours are clearly posted on the door. If you say you close at 9 why am I unable to get food at 8:30? Very unprofessional. Do better.

I love this food. Staff is awsome and very nice. I get take out usually a bowl made just how I like it.
I order something in a bowl and I like the steak and the guy keep giving me the chicken and I ask for a little bit hot sauce he won't not give me a sauce and he said the chunk tomato has sauce already and there is no taste I will not coming back again

Taste of food was decent. Food size vs price. Over priced. However hygiene needs to be communicated to employees. Very disturbing scene with one employee. If that employee had been making my food or touched it. I would have walked out.

I'm really starting to get hooked on this. Toasting the burrito is next level. I love the variety of salsas and sauces. My go to is straight habanero. The queso is excellent too and they don't skimp on the chips

I was there. I asked for burrito in a bowl.. The young girl was doing as I asked.. The I guess manager came in and told her to do it different! And I didn't get what I asked. I wouldn't have something while I was in the store but it was busy. I'm very unhappy when I said burrito I wanted it wrapped like a burrito the bowl was to keep it from getting all over thr car!
