Hair cooked into our food(no one was wearing proper attire in the kitchen), food was cold even though the plate was hot, waitress was nice although I had to ask for our drinks after our food had been served, and the whole family had stomach pain the rest of the evening (including our 2 and 4 year old). Will not go back.

Food wasn't great at all.Just warm and serve. The server was very nice tho. Went into the men's bathroom and it smelled heavily of pee it was all over the floors by the urinals and the bathroom was very dirty.

The food is subpar at this location at least. The service is always poor. Sometimes I think it's because they seem short staffed and other times I think it's because the waiting staff just don't care. The quality has definitely declined in the last 5 years.

10 minutes ago my family of 8 (3 toddlers and an infant) waited for 59 minutes to be seated. After we waited for 43 minutes, i checked with the main hostess? (Lady with dark hair, glasses, and black sweater) to see how long it would be. She said she knew we were waiting and that they were busy. She said she could seat is in two different tables. But then she said she would go check to see what was available. She never got back to me and finally, after 3 toddlers were bawling, saying they were hungry and asking why we couldn't go in, (at 12:58, after having been there 63 minutes) we left.
The breakfast burrito was super good, and my husband's burger was good also.

Tried to use curb side pick up. Called in order said i was there when it was ready. Was told i had to go inside to pay. So what is the purpose of curb side pick up if you have to go inside to pay?
