Would give zero stars if I could. This location has gone downhill within the past year, I’m not sure if there is new management or if it’s the staff, but the waitress who I encountered today was extremely rude. I came in and wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner whatsoever. The waitress with red hair basically threw our menus on the table and when she brought out waters out she slammed them on the table and spilled one of them. She did not come back to wipe it up or apologize at all. We got up and left because I don’t understand why a restaurant would allow someone to be a waitress if they are going to treat the customers giving YOU service, like absolute trash. I even overheard her taking other orders and she was just incredibly rude. As someone who used to wait on people, you don’t say “what do you want” in an annoyed voice, when taking an order. I used to love this location but we will not be coming back.

August 7 at 10:15 we went to Ihop and wait for over 20 minutes to be seated. They weren't busy at all and didn't have enough help there. We wasn't even greeted when we came in it was as if we wasn't there I will never recommend anyone to go there since their service is so bad. Lifted and went somewhere else where we were seated right away. IHOP your loss was someone else's gain.

So, the food was ok. I did try the cali turkey club, it was different. I think I should have gotten a different bread, probly better on a white instead of the multi grain. Our server wish I remember his name. He was the best. The worst thing was two adult a a kid we spent 50 bucks. Not really the price you think when get a sandwich, burrito, and kids french toast. Sign of the times I guess.

The gay guys were to busy talking to get us our food it was freezing inside there was 2 couples in the whole place and it took forever to get our food and the server lied to us twice about why the food was great once we got it though

Lady who sat me was wonderful. The manager (I presume, they were wearing a black polo) took my order and brought my food. I used the Stack Market rewards and got a water to drink because who doesn’t like a free meal (I earned by spending $25+ at IHOP on previous visits), especially in this economy? The presumed manager pretty much dropped off the pancakes and ghosted. No offer of napkins, no check in afterwards. I was prepared to tip cash, as I do when enjoying a free meal, since I was still provided with table service. Had no opportunity to do so after they decided a $0 tab customer wasn’t worthy of the level of service they were providing their other tables and never returned to mine.
John was our server this evening. I just want to say what a great server he is. Polite, offered suggestions, which I was glad to take. I went with his suggestion of the sirloin tips and eggs.He also made us fresh coffee which was greatly appreciated. We both had breakfast for dinner, and glad we did. Food was fresh and hot and very filling. I just want wanted to make sure he was acknowledged for his great work.

We asked for eggs over easy which would imply the whites being fully cooked and egg yoke being runny but when we received out eggs I noticed my eggs were very undercooked a big glob of egg whites on the plate and when I said something I was informed that’s how they are made I was offered a remake which was nice but the tone of the server was not very pleasant i ended up getting sick shortly after leaving
