Made us the wrong subs ,I called and they said come back and we will make it right so I sent my wife back there only to be rudely approached by the manager who stated I made these myself and they were right ,great business mind to the manager at jimmy John's Massillon I will never lower my standards to order anything else from this location.

They sent me the wrong sandwich. When I called they put in in touch with the manager who proceeded to tell me the order was correct. I took a screenshot and offered to send it to him. He basically called me a lier. Poor customer service. I will not be back.
