I called the store was given incorrect information from the team member regarding a catering order.I took what information I was given (before I knew incorrect) and based my sandwich orders off that information.Went online to place my order then saw I couldn't do what I was told I could do.Called the store. They didn't know how to do was asked to call the next day.Went in the next day. Not only was I misinformed on writing names on the order I was also misinformed on how I could order the sandwiches.Tried to figure it out tye best I could placed order.Came to pick up order and they were making the order incorrectly and then blamed the girl who took my order the day previously.I never knew how difficult it was to put lunch meat on a piece of bread and service a customer.Ridiculous to talk to rudely about your fellow team members as I walked in to get my order.Glad I was early so my messed up sandwiches could be fixed prior to me needing them at my actual pick up time. Because while I was there they were still making them incorrectly.Do better Jimmy John's.

I do recommend Jimmy John’s, but not quite sure what’s going on with the bread lately. Last night my wife and I got 2 subs and the bread was very hard. I didn’t eat my sub. The wife did because she was so hungry. It was rather hard on a previous purchase as well.

I had a pick-up order for a few sandwiches. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Better quality than Subway but also higher prices.
Stopped in today. Door was locked. Went through the drive thru, straight chaos. Handed me the sandwich without a bag, the receipt flew into the wind, said their rewards were "down" & I also tried to purchase a gift card which was also "not letting them do" Offered me to stop in CVS to get one. I usually love their sandwiches & this was pretty dry. All in all a bizarre experience!

Pretty awful experience. Ordered food to be delivered through dorodash; showed up as delivered and nothing on my ring cameras. Contacted doordash and was told Jimmy johns uses their own drivers. Called this place and was told no problem we will redo the order. 45 minutes later nothin, called again and the same girl 'Bri' answered and started being super rude saying it's not her problem and she doesn't know what to tell us. She was the one who told us the order was gonna be redone 45 minutes earlier. Manager gets on the phone says there are no notes about anything and he'll call us back. Calls and says their driver has the remade order and it'll be there soon. Another hour later nothing. At this point idc about the food, it's all the lying and rude snarky remarks from the employees. Wont be comin back here save yourself a headache.

Ordered a sandwich that said $13.49. It’s the only thing I ordered inside the store. No delivery fees or tips. And the sandwich was actually $17.79. I understand recent inflation and the menu was a big wooden board so I can see how it wouldn’t be updated recently but that still feels scummy and overcharged for a simple fast food sub. Never going back again.

I have avoided most fast food restaurants for the last five years or so due to the poor attitude and quality of staff. They usually leave me frustrated and basically in a sour mood.This evening I thought I'd bite the bullet and try a sandwich from your establishment. Can't begin to tell you how your employee Bobby renewed my faith in mankind !! ? By the time I made my selection and proceeded to the window I just wanted to hug him. ? .. He deserves a raise or at least a BIG gold star !! Don't loose him because I'll be back !! Thank you so much !! Susan Childress
