Very disappointed!! Staff was very rude! I was refused a 2nd order bc I had coupons. Samantha was very rude! I’ve been going there for years with no issues. I will not be back to this location. From the reviews I’ve been reading doesn’t look like anyone else will either!

Normally I don't have any issues with the food at this KFC. But today it was over cooked and had dried out hard spots on each piece. I am highly dissatisfied.

Ordered online and didn’t receive over half my order so when I went back they wouldn’t replace missing items and made me get ahold of customer service that you can barely understand over the phone. This is the only place I know that won’t just replace the items for you. Do better.

Went to KFC drive thru ..tried to order chicken sandwich meal for 2 and was told you can only order online ...so I did and waited. Got home & food was horrible! Big chunks of chicken pieces on sandwich (which tasted OLD) and strips tasted like someone dumped a bag of salt on them! So I called & asked for Manager who says says ...we use the same mix we always have used to bread it....Um NO DAMN WAY...you used a extra bag of SALT...literally burned my lips!! So I ask for refund. The manager said I'll refund if you bring food back. I said certainly. She was rude on phone but no biggy...Ill get refunded. So I get there and she says she can't refund because it was an online order....OMG now it's on ...so I call 1800 # ...talk forever to get a $8.71- (possibly in 2 days we'll see) refund of my 17.43 I spent. KFC Massillon sucks anymore! Never again!

Ordered delivery to work site. We got no forks spoons napkins, butter, or honey. Totally bumbbed. When did they change the size of their sides? There are like kids meal sides.
my food was very cold I call to make a complaint and the woman on the phone was very rude. my frys can chicken were cold won't be going back there me or my co-workers.

READ THE REASONS FAST FOOD PLACES WILL BE CLOSING DOWN AND PEOPLE LOSING JOBS- a lot of bad reviews, sad!it’s easy work ( I’ve done it) but the bad apples hired for all the wrong reasons ruin it for the workers with good attitudes and work ethics! It’s fast food people- not that hard! It’s not calculus or brain surgery! workers need to get the orders right with appreciation for my business- after all, NO CUSTOMERS- NO BUSINESS!!

Changing my review for a more recent entry. Some where along the line this Massillon KFC has gone down hill. When customers are denied their order. Because "one" coworker goes to get lunch for us all, but they are told ONLY ONE order can be fulfilled, all the rest have to sacrifice the type we want. You cannot order buckets of all dark meat. So we had to order individual meals. Then our runner was told, "you cannot order more than one extra crispy meal at a time." She was told it comes with two sides, but ONLY received one. All in all then the person at the window was extremely rude, rude, rude. According to the menu it comes with two sides and two biscuits but what you get is one side, one biscuit. I went through the drive-through and ordered Two Four piece dark meat meals and they refused to sell me them in extra crispy said they could only sell me one extra crispy because they had to save the other chicken for other orders which I thought was ridiculous. They were rude. Food was OK but I’ll never go there again because I was ordering for two different people and we both wanted extra crispy chicken and they refuse to sell it to us.
