The Lincoln Way West location in Massillon needs a complete change of staff. We just waited over 45 min. for a simple order. No one appeared to know what they were doing and they were not even busy. We will never return again. I realize that it's hard to hire right now but I have never seen such a crew of incompetent staff in all my life. There were other customers there when I was and they were very unhappy also to say the least. Need workers who care and know their job or close...read full review
I sat at ordering lane #1 for 10 minutes and no one would take my order while the second ordering lane was taking a bunch of customers. I finally drove up to the window and asked if I could order and the employee told me it was impossible because they’ll get confused so I need to circle the Building and wait again. 🤦♂️ The employees have no critical thinking abilities whatsoever and the service is awful.
Waited over 30 minutes to receive cold food and a raw burger , fries weren’t done either, understaffed and horrible experience will never return to this location
