Constantly forgets items in delivery. I have ordered countless "Free item on orders over $15+" deals where I didn't receive the promised item. I just placed an order and received neither my Fries, toys. or Big Mac in my order of the Minecraft Meal. This is the worst service I've seen from a McDonalds.

Can’t this for EVERY visit but today was great! Hot food. Correct food and condiments. I know this location gets a decent number of bad reviews so I figured since it was good for a change, I’d leave a review.

Waiting in line for an hour and five minutes when there's only 4 cars ahead of you is ridiculous! If I hadn't ordered and paid ahead in the app we would have just left, but by the time we had enough, we were boxed in and the cars wrapped around the side of the building. And there's no reason we had to wait over an hour for our food to come out cold and unedible anyway! What took an hour to cook? Because it wasn't our order. There was also only two employees working when its a Friday night. Where's management and the owners? Save yourself the trouble and gas and go somewhere else.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, paid and after that was told that the shake machine was down and do we want to replace with frappes instead or get a refund . Really? Why wouldn’t you guys let us know when we ordered them that the machine was down instead of saying “ok” and taking the money first and wasting everyone’s time ? Then when we said we wanted the refund, the employee heavily sighed as if we were the ones causing the issue.

How can you over cook pancakes when all you do is warm them up I just ordered breakfast and my pancakes where like hockey pucks. McDonald is a vey popular restaurant but they need to really start making better choices in their restaurants or health department should start giving fines to them or shut the bad ones down
It doesn't matter if it's 2 cars in the drive thru or 10.. they always have to have you pull up and around and wait on everything and still forget something.

Everytime i try to stop past and get some food they always tell me that i can only pay on cash. This is a constant. If they don’t want my business they should tell me. This McDonald’s has fallen from grace. Almost every time we order we have to go back inside because something is messed up.

Just went through the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich was asked to pull around front and waited 20 minutes. The girl taking food out tried handing me someone else's order three times and asked what I ordered each time. I did end up going inside and had to place my order again waiting another 15 minutes for the sandwich...... do better Mc D's... do better!!!!
