Their system glitched when I have a code for free item on the app, and the code processed on my end, taking away my points, but the cashier did understand that and just kept saying their system glitched. And also, since the code went though on my end, I couldn't use any of the codes on the app for 15 minutes. Cashier still did not process on how that should not be the customer's problem that their system glitched and screwed me out of points and free item. Also(in the same order) they forgot the sauce, I asked for a McDouble with only ketchup and cheese and they gave me a McDouble with literally on pickles on it. It's actually hilarious how bad this cashier and store is

Got 2 sausage McMuffin and muffin was straight out of the e bag cold and sausage wasn’t cooked cheese wouldn’t even melt don’t recommend Massillon downtown McDonald’s there better places around town to go the store is open 24 hours sbut sometimes they turn light out and sit outside or in cars and smoke while people are waiting in drive thru there also cars pulled up to pickup spots and no other cars are around and they have long wait times

The lady at the drive thru always has an attitude and cuts you off after only saying one item, they forget something every time I’m there and say I didn’t ask for it when it’s on my receipt, I just came thru and was told to pull up to the second window and she yelled at me thru the window to come back and told me she said first window and me and my cousin heard her say second window so the attitude from these employees is getting ridiculous. I’ve worked many fast food jobs and if you can’t talk to a person simply trying to come grab some food for their kids with some decency when I am always extremely respectful, then you should get a new job 🤷🏻♀️

I waited 10 minutes to get my food I ordered through the app and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Why does it take over 10 minutes when there are 4 cars? Thats insane! Then when I get my food its ice cold and stale! How is that even possible?! I wasnt about to go sit in that drive thru again. I want a refund!
This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The employees don’t care a bit about the customers.. they are rude, have their hair all over the place which in turn ends up in your food EVERY SINGLE TIME you go there! The inside dining room and restrooms are dirty, which tell you what the kitchen probably looks like.. meanwhile the employees are standing around. They hardly ever get the order correct, and on the rare chance they do… their nasty hair is in your food! Their milkshake and ice cream machines never work, if they run monopoly.. you don’t get the pieces on your food because they are “out of stock” . This place is just a complete JOKE!!!! They’ll be closed down soon or sued for someone getting sick!
